Our three families with seven children ages 1-8 had an amazing time at Ocean Calling. The property was clean and spacious. The location was perfect - we enjoyed easy beach access and lovely afternoons by the pool. The kids loved walking to the nearby ice cream store after dinner. The adults enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after the kiddos were down for the night. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, flatware and appliances. The host communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

The house is laid out well and had enough space for everyone. The hot tub had issues with it working, but the property owner was very communicable and did their best to fix it. It never worked 100% correct the rest of our stay but worked enough to get us by. I would recommend this house to anyone

Beach vacation with family and friends. Ocean Calling did not disappoint. In fact, the house was so much more than what we expected. The space and furnishings were super comfortable and ocean views amazing from all levels. Easy beach access

My extended family of 14 stayed for a week. We had a few teenagers, elementary kids, and a 2 year old in tow. There were 4 individual families and we all had our own private rooms with attached bathrooms. It was nice that everyone had a place to call their own and also many different places to gather as a group - pool, upstairs game room, kitchen/dining area, front porch. It was right across from the ocean so we had a great view and could go back and forth freely without much planning. Susan was very communicative and made sure our stay went smoothly. The two 2-queen bedrooms share a bathroom, so that worked well for my immediate family but may not be great for some parties. The rest of the bedrooms have attached bathrooms. The top floor (where we loved playing pool!) has 2 bunk beds which are separated from each other. They are each in an alcove across from each other with a curtain for privacy. The huge couch up there is also great for a nap! We would absolutely stay here again. The ocean water in July was surprisingly warm and the ocean floor was smoother than most.

This was the perfect place for us to stay with our extended family after celebrating our nieces wedding. It had everything we needed, was closer to the beach than we expected, pool was lovely, and Susan was so easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again. Best VRBO experience I have had. Thank You!

The pictures do not do this house justice. House was great. Great beds. Great views. Just a 2 block walk from 5 restaurants and the IGA. Great communication between myself and the owner. Would stay again.

Amazing house and great experience, really good hospitality!! A bathroom in the 3rd floor would be nice but.l cannot complain outside of that!

This property exceeded all of our expectations. House was top to bottom clean and more spacious and comfortable than planned. Huge kitchen space for eating and cooking. Heated pool and hot tub were huge hits with kids. Close walk to grocery, and liquor stores and restaurants. We will be back.

We had a good time. The A/C went out but was fixed in a timely manner…..The House was beautiful….The steps was hard on the older people….but overall we enjoyed the house.

First off, this house is amazing! The pictures do not do it justice! It is way bigger and nicer than it appears!! Outdoor lounge, hot tub and pool area were amazing, and beach access directly across the street! Perfect house and location! Owner is extremely responsive, friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this home!!

Great location. Beautiful home. The property manager was the best we’ve ever worked with. The pool and hot tub needed cleaning and she had them out immediately. The location was A+. We definitely would stay there again.

Ocean Calling was a wonderful home. The whole family vacationed the first time in 10 years. House was clean and spacious. The host was wonderful, very easy to communicate with and very helpful with suggestions on places to eat and fun things to do. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun time at beach.

Owner was super easy to work with, very attentive. Place was beautiful and plenty of room for our family. The pool was a great break from the ocean when the waves were rough. Kids really enjoyed it. And having an outdoor shower did so much for keeping sand out of hot tub and pool. We got to enjoy a Pelican baseball game, card games around the nice and large dining room table, lots of walking and of course obligatory shopping for kids. We will be coming back..

Perfect house and location
We stayed at the house with several teenagers and they had lots of restaurants and shops to walk to as well as the beach directly across the street. The layout of the house provided several community spaces that allowed the different families in the house places to congregate.

It was really nice having two living areas. The younger set could go play games while the older set could relax in the great room. The pool was wonderful! After a day at the beach, it was nice to be able to get in the pool after dinner for a swim. The house is directly across the street from the beach with easy access. Overall, the house and location was everything we’d hoped it would be.

Everything about the process and the property was more than expected, owner was easy to communicate with, made for a seamless check in and check out process. The location was great and the property was perfect. Couldn't have been better and we hope to do again next year.

Loved this house
The layout of this house was perfect for us. So spacious, plenty of room to spread out and have extra space for kids to play. Very clean and well kept. Location was perfect easy walk across the street to the beach, super close to the grocery store. Property manager Susan was absolutely wonderful! The hot tub needed to be cleaned when we first got there she was SUPER responsive and helpful.

We rented this house for a golf centered bachelor weekend. It was perfectly located to get to several courses and in a perfect spot that looks over an empty lot, allowing a great view of the beach and waves from all 3 floors. Great having the local grocery 2 blocks away.
This place was big enough for 9 people to have plenty of space to spread out while also having plenty of places to gather. Everything was new and well taken care of and the hot tub area was a great addition.
Definitely recommend this place for a larger group traveling to the area.

We rented this house for a golf centered bachelor weekend. It was perfectly located to get to several courses and in a perfect spot that looks over an empty lot, allowing a great view of the beach and waves from all 3 floors. Great having the local grocery 2 blocks away.
This place was big enough for 9 people to have plenty of space to spread out while also having plenty of places to gather. Everything was new and well taken care of and the hot tub area was a great addition.
Definitely recommend this place for a larger group traveling to the area.
