The rental is VERY dated. The only thing good is the view. The curtains are torn and needs replacing. The sofa bed padding was extremely dirty with hair everywhere. The carpet was filthy. The sofas need a thorough cleaning or replacing. We had to shake everything before leaving, for fear of bringing roaches home. Every morning, we were awakened to drilling and nailing.

Fourth time staying in Miramar Beach, second at the Majestic Sun, and it was one of the best vacations that we’ve ever had. It was a great stay. The ONLY issue is the last night we went to the beach quite late, and when we went to wash off the sand in the pool area, the gate was cable locked shut, so we walked way around behind to use another wash station, but otherwise we were perfectly satisfied with everything.

Went for a girl's trip. Loves that they would rent for a single night. We were in Majestic Sun B206 and had an amazing gulf view as well as the pool! Very quiet and super clean! Beds were really comfortable. Hottest shower I think I've ever used! Seconds from the beach. Definitely would recommend and already looking at renting this condo again!

The beds were comfortable and the view was good. I have stayed at multiple properties within Majestic Sun and this is definitely the least nicest of all. It is very outdated and dirty and run down looking. For the cost of the stay, it was not worth it. The baseboards looked terrible and need painting, the couch had spots all over it, the curtains on the doors to the balcony were ripped and dirty, the appliances are rusted, there is carpet in the living room and bedroom and it was disgusting.

Property was in great location. Easy access to beach. The view was good but there are a couple of palm trees that obstruct the view a little. The rental was very outdated. The owner needs to update the condo. The pull out couch had crumbs still in the bed. The vent hood in the bathroom rattles loudly.

We had a great time brought our 2 oldest grandchildren we laid on beach got sunburned. Grandson and I went deep sea fishing and had a good time. Overall the stay was very enjoyable. All the info we received worked well if not people was great to help. Will comeback and stay again.

My two teen kids and I stayed here in Sept 2022. It had everything we needed and was comfy! Nothing fancy, but it met our needs. Waking up to the view and sound of the ocean was heavenly! The company that manages the property was very quick to respond to any needs I had! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location, wow! This condo was comfortable for my wife and I and 4 kids. Would rent again. A couple of nit-picky items: 1. Front door trim was coming off (didn't affect our enjoyment); DVD players and TV could/should be updated to an inexpensive smart tv that would allow streaming from folk's phones (samsung makes these around $300/400). Would probably consider repainting (color is fine but a few wall scuffs from previous guests). Dryer was a bit slow to dry, maybe just dirty? Despite this list, would definitely consider renting again on our next Miramar Beach vacation!

We really loved the location...right across from a beautiful white sand beach...steps away really. The unit was as described except that the couch and loveseat were both stained. The filter on the washing machine hadn't been cleaned in a bit either. Kind of brought the whole maintenance-cleanliness thing into question. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked as well. We had to use a paper towel as a filter. Another issue was having to walk through the gift shop in order to reenter the condo as we had no access code for the beachside door of the condo. But as I said...the location was really nice.

We had fire alarm peeping at 1:30 am but it was taken care of next morning. We called about stiff balcony door and Vacasa had door company come out and completely rehang it with new rollers. There were problems but they were taken care of ASAP.

I gave 4 stars bec there's a little problem on the sliding door in the patio. It was hard to open it. Called the VACASA and a maintenance came to look at it. The issue was answered immediately. One night the door know on the bathroom we can't open as my daughter accidentally close the know inside when she came out. My husband found a way how to open it. I hope there is a spare key for the bathroom. All in all it was a decent condo. Love the beach view. My request for a 2nd floor was granted as I have fear of heights. We will be back again. I recommend this place to my friends.

Great location. Great communication. Very clean. Beautiful view to watch the sunset from the balcony. Short walk across the street to the beach and we walked to local dining places.
It is important to enter through the correct entrance. The condominium has a side A and B. The communication team was able to help us navigate the area.
