Was close to the place we need

Was party around the area and in other flat, all night. You could hear it. Bed sheet weren’t clean. I didn’t receive yet 150£ deposit.

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews. The one bed studio apartment is so huge! It’s a condo on two floors, kitchen and living area on the ground and a bedroom on the top floor. Nice spacious kitchen with everything that you may need. The bed was very comfortable and the bath was pretty decent too. The property is very eco friendly using ground water heating and conserving energy through proper insulation.

The check in process seems too complicated with multiple access codes and ID requirements.

The size was good and the facilities provided

The kids like that there were TV in all the rooms. WiFi was very good. Location is great

Everything looked really nice and clean except the carpet and sofa could do with either a deep clean or replacing and the communal entrance and lift needs some attention. We found first night difficult to sleep with heat so maybe air con would be a possibility other than that it’s a really nice place to stay.

Confusing checkin process with no staff.

Having taken well over 1 hour to gain access I was relieved to find the apartment was lovely. No facilities for breakfast but there is a small shopping park nearby to obtain supplies, as my enquiries about that were unanswered.

Location is difficult to find from the main road. Unable to contact anyone on the 24 hr line, had to rely on goodwill of local shopkeepers who knew the owner and made telephone calls on my behalf. Without their help I would have given up the ghost ! Met with another guest having same problem. Believe other guests have had problems in gaining access leading them to think this was a scam. Information for access is not clear at all and position re refund of any deposit following stay unclear as my enquiries were unanswered. The replies I received from email contact were brief and sterile and lacking realisation of my difficulties. Not exactly customer focused to say the least.
