The cabin is really good, we enjoyed staying there, kids love the hot tub, we hope can go back someday. I have the same experience that others mentioned with the bathroom do not have hot water(just the face wash ones, shower is great) but one night, my husband was able to get hot water from it, so no clue. The location is on the northern, pass the Hochatown, I was misled by the map on vrbo thought it was in town.

An early check in would’ve made the trip better! Most places accommodate an early check in simply because checking in at 4 is a not quite a full day even though you pay for a whole day! Seems like a rip off! Paying almost $1300 for what’s supposed to be 2 days is such a waste! We asked for early check in and was told no cause of cleaning needed for next arrival however the cabin wasn’t deep cleaned. When we opened up the couch to pull out the bed there was a cigar in the mattress as well as a child’s sock. There’s dust webs in the corners. There was crumbs on the table. The shower has stuff on the walls as well as in the corners. The patio steps are very hazardous when it’s raining out. No slip resistant stuff on the steps. My son in law fell and hurt his back! The ice maker didn’t work on the fridge. We couldn’t get the WiFi to work. If you are arriving at night it’s not very easy to find because it’s so dark.

This was the perfect cabin! Very clean and well stocked with necessities, and very convenient to everything. We really enjoyed our getaway!

The host did not provide an access code nor respond to phone calls. VRBO had to contact her for us and after an hour we finally got in the cabin. Generally, the cabin matched the online description, great mattresses in the bedrooms, however there was no hot water in the bathroom sinks.

This property supplied everything that I needed with my wife and new family to get some "soul rest". Both of us work very hard in our particular fields and have a 4 month old. That being said we were both burnt out and needed some time away from our everyday lives. This cabin was wonderful. Close to great short hikes at the park, which were perfect for our first adventures with our new daughter. The cabin itself had everything we needed. All the streaming services for very rainy days of being inside, fireplaces everywhere for just sitting and daydreaming, a lovely hot tub, and a beautiful well put together home. I highly recommend this cabin!

This is a beautiful property and great for two couples. The privacy was nice and there were numerous things to do at the cabin and in the surrounding area. There were a few glitches when checking in, and a lack of hot water. With a few changes, I would give it a 5-star rating.

This cabin is absolutely perfect. It had privacy but was close to the action in Hochatown and Broken Bow lake. The place was very well equipped and fit our needs to a tee. We loved it and would definitely book it again.

This place was well designed and had nice furnishings. We especially liked its quiet location and privacy. Our family enjoyed playing the game machine and relaxing in the spa. The outside deck was nice too but could use a good cleaning. There were minor inconveniences like a missing tv remote and a part on the coffee maker. Overall, it was a very enjoyable 4 night stay.

A number of small things that add up to a less than enjoyable stay: a toilet that was clogged, the ice maker on the refrigerator did not work, no wifi, little to no hot water in the bathrooms, and very noisy neighbors. The property manager was notified of the issues with the house, but there was no response.

This property is amazing and the owners are the sweetest. Highly recommend for a family. We will be going back with our children. The house is precious. We loved the covered deck as it rained while we visited and it was so relaxing sitting on the patio and listening to the rain and the little stream that runs behind the cabin. We also loved the fire pit. Highly recommend and will be using in the future.

The cabin was beautiful, the deck was fantastic, and it was surrounded by trees. We enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub and the retro game console. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. My 21 yr old son slept in the loft, with no problem. We would stay here again.

Overall nice, clean property but maintenance issues have been ignored: faulty tankless water heater; outdoor gas grill won’t sufficiently heat - needs to be replaced; hot tub controls are in poor condition; fire pit falling apart; numerous lights out; dangerous electrical circuit exposed; fridge ice dispenser is inoperative; threadbear bed sheets; poor gas fireplace instructions. Issues have been communicated to ownership

First and foremost this cabin is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. However, we were given the wrong code to get in, AND the wrong Wi-Fi password, so it was not a seamless check in process. We found out once we were checking out the covered deck that the outdoor tv is broken, one of the main reasons we chose this property was so we could watch the final 4 while relaxing in the jacuzzi, that was also not communicated. The master tv wasn’t connected to the Wi-Fi, so it was a process to get that figured out. Most of the tv remotes buttons have been smashed too many times, so they don’t work very well. The stay wasn’t bad, but the price I paid to stay here, I expected more and for all the amenities as advertised to be able to be enjoyed.

The property was excellent. The room was spacious and the balcony was very nice as well. There is a rooftop to the building that has spectacular views. The restaurant on property is great, and there are many others walking distance or a short drive away. There was live music on the porch at night, and the porch made a great breakfast and dinner location. We were there in October, so it was very easy to get a chair on the beach - which workers set up for us. I was there with 3 girlfriends for a 40th birthday trip. We had a wonderful time and were very pleased with the property. The only negative was that the room had a strong peppery smell....We let Larry know and he asked us to have maintenance come and fix it. They weren't any help. It appears to be coming from the vents - so perhaps a vent clean out is what is needed. Otherwise we had a wonderful time away.

This cabin was the perfect spot for our first family trip to Broken Bow. The property manager was easy to reach and responded very quickly when we had questions or issues. We hated to leave but left relaxed. Highly recommend.

We rented this awesome cabin for Christmas, a 5 day stay in the woods with our dogs. The place is exactly as reported, we set up camp including out Christmas tree and all the gifts and food we hauled up there from Fort Worth and it was idyllic for the first day. When we lost water because of a damaged line somewhere in town by the water tower (or so we were informed) on Christmas morning we were hopeful we could limp along and the water would be restored but alas that was not the case. The property owners were AMAZING through the process...we decided to leave for home early and they were kind enough to refund a portion of our stay. This was incredibly disappointing but certainly no one's fault and couldn't have hoped for better management of the situation. I feel quite certain we'll venture up to Broken Bow again and would love to stay in this cabin again...we'll just pick a stay when the weather can try to behave.

Overall we had a great stay at Will Hike 4 Tacos. There were a few small hiccups that were addressed by the cabin owner in a timely manner. Perfect size cabin for two couples but could easily accommodate more comfortably.

We had a great time on our stay. We originally booked for 3 nights, but decided to add an additional night on our last day since we were having such a great time and enjoying the house so much. This was a smooth process, and was approved immediately. The property was everything we expected and hoped for. We will be back soon!

I recently stayed at Will Hike for Tacos cabin with 6 other friends for a mini high school reunion. It was beautiful! It was very clean, cozy, and fairly new. The whole area is relaxing and peaceful. The directions need to be tweaked a bit, as it was the “second to last cabin” on the left, not the “last” as the directions stated. However, I would still give it an overall rating of 5 stars as Ray and Tracy were very accommodating and responsive, promptly answering my questions. Thank you! Loved it and would stay there again!

Cabin was in a very cool, fairly private nook. Beautiful place with lots of things to do around. Exceedingly clean. The patio was serene. I would happily stay here again. Owner was responsive to text. They had a very nice write-up for things to do in the area, which helped planning.

This was above our expectations! The area is so fun. The cabin is beautiful. Well equipped and welcoming ! Lights were all on outside for when we arrived, hot tub heated !! Awesome. !!! Recommend !!!

This cabin is beautiful and very comfortable! It had everything we needed for cooking meals. We enjoyed the covered deck and hot tub. It is not marked at all when you are arriving. The directions say it is the last cabin in the left, but they It is not. The road continues passed the cabin and there are other cabins. We love coming to Hochatown and enjoying lots of outdoor activities and relaxing.

We had so much fun staying at this cabin. Everything was perfect. The cabin is beautiful and comfortable inside and out. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the patio and listening to the stream and the sounds of nature. I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for an upscale place to stay in the Broken Bow area.

We visit Broken Bow a couple of times a year and this may have been our favorite cabin. Our kids slept in the loft in our room and loved it. The kitchen was well stocked! We especially appreciated the cleanliness and special touches. The mattresses are ultra firm so you may want to bring a pillow topper or extra cushion if you need something a bit softer.
