Nach deiner Rückkehr kannst du im Garten ausspannen oder auf der Terrasse oder im Patio etwas trinken, und vergiss nicht die Gartenmöbel. Wenn du genug Zeit an der frischen Luft verbracht hast, gibt es dank WLAN-Internetzugang, Kabel-/Satellitenfernsehen und Videospielen zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, wie du auch drinnen deine freie Zeit ausgiebig genießen kannst.

Our family loved this spot! Sunrise over the glassy Mill Pond was beautiful. We saw lots of wildlife, foxes, deer, and a muskrat, enjoying the marsh. The house fit our family of four perfectly. It has a well equipped, high end kitchen. Both upstairs and downstairs have good heat and air. The hostess was one of the most friendly we have met.

We will be back! We love the location, and the house has everything we need. The owner is amazing. From the welcome basket to responding to our questions immediately while we were onsite, the experience is outstanding from a hospitality perspective.

Our stay at Laurajean’s home was the most relaxing and magical time. We were mesmerized by the amazing view and wildlife surrounding the property. Our walks were punctuated by friendly neighbors and a gorgeous beach.
Laurajean was a wonderful host, caring for our needs and always available.

We stayed at Mill Pond Retreat with our young children and nanny, the space was beautiful and the perfect escape from the city. Laurajean was so kind and communicative throughout the entire process from booking until our last day when she gave us the most thoughtful parting gift. The house has stunning views of the water, we enjoyed playing with the kids outside on the lawn and the location was perfect for access to the beach and local restaurants. Staying at Laurajean's was such a treat and I look forward to booking with her again soon.

This property was a beautiful, serene escape we were able to enjoy on our end of summer trip back East. We were visiting family in the Westport/Norwalk area, and this was a wonderful place to call home for the week. A short walk to Compo and Old Mill Beaches for sand and water play, a short drive into downtown Westport, and neighboring areas (for our purposes). The view of Mill Pond right in front of us was heaven. The home was well-equipped in all living areas.
Laurajean was incredibly easy to communicate with, super helpful with local information, and left some nice touches of hospitality at check in & check out.
We will happily consider this retreat for future CT trips.

Just what we needed!
What a wonderful place! So tranquil, peaceful. It was everything we wanted: water views (beautiful!); great outdoor space (comfortable, with lots of places to relax); walkable (could walk to Old Mill Beach in 10 to 15 minutes, Compo Beach in 20 to 25 minutes); drivable (could drive into Westport in about 10 minutes); a lovely house (nicely decorated, very clean and very comfortable for our family). And equally wonderful was Laurajean! She couldn’t have been more welcoming, helpful, flexible or kind! She really contributed to making our stay terrific!
