Great location, great views, only spoilt by the persistence of overhead power lines in Coles Bay.

Decor was sparse, e.g. with no pictures on walls or other ornaments, and there was no WiFi.

location was walking distance from most places , the view was amazing, the garage was excellent and a good extra addition, easy for loading and loading car and be a bonus in the wet.

the property was a little sparse,maybe needs plants , photos/pictures on the wall . also no condiments like most BnB’s for example shampoo/ conditioner, breakfast stuff ex bread, cereal, butter etc in single serve containers. there was no extra towels available not even in the second bathroom. if the property had these little things, the rating would ave been 100% and price paid would have been fair. price a little high with out the above available. otherwise all Good enjoyed our stay ,the fantastic view and the serenity of coles bay.

The view was great and it was clean.

Wow, so basic. Full kitchen with no cooking oil, salt or pepper. It also seems crazy that there was no wifi for the price you are paying. Wholly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

Beautiful modern apartment with all excellent facilities and a great position to view the Hazards. Garage was impressive & secure.

The uncleanly state of the property. I booked a stay as part of a long holiday in Australia. this was by far the most disappointing experience we had. we arrived after the designated check in time to ensure ample time for the property to be prepared. Opened up the apartment to discover, rubbish throughout the kitchen, wet towels on the bathroom floor, dirty sheets on the bed and other signs that clearly indicated the place was not cleaned since the previous guest. Several phone calls from a pay phone as there is no signal, a visit to the local cafe to get wifi and contact them via email, left us waiting for a response and in limbo. eventually got through and spoke to the host. who was not exactly apologetic. if that were my property I would have been mortified that anyone arrived to a dirty apartment. Eventually we were offered an alternate accommodation nearby. yes the accommodation was of a high standard, however, if evidently had not been prepared for visitors that day. the smell on entering was stifling, (put down to the recent heat). The entrance was covered in cobwebs, leaves, dirty bbq etc. inside again after we had time to look around further showed signs that it was covered in cobwebs, spiders, nest of insects in the light, musty smell etc. we aired the place out cleaned up and got on with it. we expected as you do with good customer service to at least have a follow up courtesy call, email, note…. nothing, no genuine apology, full cost of the booking taken from the hosts and no response to the messages I sent. Good customer service goes along way. when you clearly do not provide what has been purchased, at least have the decency to apologise and attempt some form of reimbursement/discount for the inconvenience. as I said this was by far the most disappointing accommodation and service we came across in oz.

No wifi and it’s quite minimalist, but we didn’t really need anything more.
