Far below expectations, would not return and would not recommend.
The location was close to the city centre.
The standard of cleanliness was well below par. Blood on the radiator. General disrepair of the property. We had to source our own toilet roll. Stains of furniture, broken furniture, remnants of other peoples stay and general unkemptness of property. The list is endless.

Great house, will stay again!
Location was brilliant, house was huge and very clean. Everything we needed for a great stay!

Good
It was quiet, beds were comfortable and the shower was good
The WiFi and TV didn't work. The blinds didn't close properly, could do with a general update/paint

This could be a really good property if the above was done. it’s just a few little things that make a big difference.
The property was a good size
Did not feel secure at night. Needs a bolt or another lock on door. Pigeons prob so yard full of poo the rear windows had to keep curtains shut. Not homely, other property I’ve stayed at Belfast had ornaments pictures throughout house. Needs a big ironing board. Cleaning products would be good. Sat on sofa and could see the dirt under other. Lifted cushions on sofa as my bank card slipped down and crumbs all over. Top bedroom needs a proper blind not one that falls on your head in the night. Double bed you cannot turn over because that squeaky you wake everyone up, it knackered. Oven really dirty so had to eat out all the time. No welcome brochure, ideas where to go, taxis take away etc. No contact from host or letting agent whilst we were there to ask if everything okay just a text late on Sunday night to ask what check out time Monday morning. Needs a fresh lick of paint living room and stairs

Was OK 2 stay in but it really needs a little love n a good clean

Very disappointing, will not be returning.
Location was good and simply to find but that was all.
The place was not clean and smelled of alcohol. Light switches were hanging off and bed collapsed when the suitcase was put on top. Wallpaper was hanging off and dirt around the edges and skirtings. Limescale covered the outside veranda and around the windows. Stains all over the sofas and no plug for the bath. All we received in compensation was the £35 cleaning fee returned and offered a free night if we came again which we will absolutely not be taking. Disgusted!

Good
Quiet location in residential area. Comfy beds, plenty of space.
In general the place was clean, but some points need improvement. For example the back window in the living room was extremely dirty, like it hasn't been washed for decades. Also black edges in the shower. Also a few small things that were broken or missing, and with a small investment and quick fix it will just make the place look that bit nicer (such as toilet roll holder in bathroom was broken, sink stop in kitchen was missing, no lids for the pans, wallpaper in top bedroom).
