The location is very good

The property was very dirty with rotting food in the cupboard, mould and dirt on the bed linen and the ‘fourth bedroom’ was uninhabitable in a mouldy, dirty shed with snakes. There were numerous items of dirty and broken furniture which should be thrown out and the sliding doors and blinds were broken and very difficult to operate.

The property does not have air conditioning however being so close to the beach the sea breeze was enough. I would recommend installing ceiling fans in the remaining 2 bedrooms.

Location is perfect! Loved the multi sitting levels outside so we could watch the kids at the park while enjoying some downtime. Really loved just the beach shack style of the home and the beds were very comfortable. Just a great family place to stay, we've stayed at Lennox many times of all accommodation types and this makes our best stay yet thank you. We look forward to staying again

Great location- quiet, private, on the waterfront. Traditional beach house. Short walk to the shops. Beautiful garden.

Our family of 6 adults found this a no frills comfortable house to stay in. It’s all about location. 5 minutes to beach, playground, beach boardwalk and a little longer to Main Street shops. The house was very clean but it is an older type house- which we loved. Garden was also enjoyable. Loved the topside deck, small but functional for ocean views 😃

Phone/ internet connection was dodgy but just needed to go up on deck to get a clear signal. This was only a concern due to members needed to attend business meetings.
