Plenty of room for my family of four. The place was spotless, and at a great location. Large property around the cottage. Close to Whiskey Row, and a supermarket right across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughters (17 and 13) and I had an amazing time at this place. Perfect size for the 3 of us and could have fit 4 easily. Safe place to stay off the main road and gate to parking and house. Owners met us when we arrived and showed us around the property. They’ve done an HH amazing job renovating 2 homes built 70+ years ago. Highly recommend this stay!

Awesome Owners & Location

Loved the property. Apparently we were supposed to be there no later than 3:00 pm. Being tourists we had a rental car that broke down and had to go back to Phoenix to get a new rental. We were several hours late. I am a confident 73 year old and he even intimated him. We went out and bought paper dishes and cutlery so we wouldn't have to use his kitchen wear. The washer had only very hot water for everything. We were so constantly aware of trying to follow his rules that it sort of made our time there rather sad. Would I go there again? Absolutely but I would suggest that someone other than him greet the guests.

Fantastic property
This is a fantastic property. We came in for the NYE celebration downtown. Very comfortable, quiet, and charming. Communication was awesome. Very easy check in and out process. Has plenty of extras, only two minute drive from downtown. If this is available, it’s a must rent! Already looking at staying again next year!

Cozy getaway
We loved our stay at this property. No issues. Everything was clean, cute, and comfortable. We would definitely come again to this property and we stay at various Vrbo’s several times a year in Precott.

Great Stay
This was the third time we have stayed with Rich and Peg. We love their cabins. We stayed in the smaller one in front and it was wonderful. So much room to relax and always well stocked with everything. Our last night by a fire, we saw 9 deer munching on pears. We will continue to stay here anytime we are in Prescott.

Cute and cozy Cabin
This is a really cute place in a great location witha nearby grocery store, walking distance (.5 mil) to a local brewpub with really good food (Lazy G). Great yard with a couple of tables to sit out and enjoy the sun and relax. Clean and cozy qith comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Some issues with internet, but Rick responded quickly and was helpful. Peggy eas very helpful before we even got there, when we were trying to get a dinner reservation at a restaurant in town. She actually went there and made it for us, as their phone lines were always busy. If we return to Prescott we will start again.

Our stay was very enjoyable. We enjoyed meeting Peggy and have her show us around. And nice to put a face with a name.
The cottage was exceptionally clean and had everything that is needed. It was nice that Safeway was right across the street. We will definitely stay again when we travel to Prescott. Thank you Peggy and Rich!

This cottage had a cute set up, the owners were friendly and we never had issues getting in touch with them. Living area was cozy and the entire house was extremely clean. Location was perfect, and we had were happy to have covered parking.

Peggy and Rich were wonderful and very accommodating. I have stayed in many VRBO’s, the cottage we stayed in was one of the most well equipped accommodations to date. Everything was so well placed!
The location is perfect. We were able to see all of Prescott and dining is top notch! Highly recommend this lovely place.

Delightful cottage & awesome hosts!
Rich & Peggy are amazing hosts. The house was very clean, and well prepared with every amenity. And everything worked perfectly! Its location is very safe, and close to main part of town, so very easy to get around. We came out for 2 weeks to look at houses & the possibility of relocating to the Prescott area. Rich even put us in touch with a realtor friend of his, who was terrific. There is one other cottage on the property, but there is plenty of space between them. There is also the most amazing outdoor chiminea -- there was even firewood provided. We truly felt at home there, would definitely come back, and would highly recommend. Thank you ever so much Rich & Peggy for hosting us! You guys are awesome!

Location was great! Also very close to town, whiskey row and granite creek. The house itself was nice and the size worked out great for me my wife and my two kids.
