House of the Sea
Ein wunderschönes Strandhaus an der grünen Nordküste der Insel Madeira, genauer gesagt in der Stadt São Vicente. Es wurde kürzlich renoviert und liegt direkt am Strand mit einem strahlend blauen Meer. Der Strand bietet direkten Zugang zum Meer, einen Liegebereich und Duschen. Ich scherze immer, dass das Haus einen natürlichen Pool hat :-) São Vicente ist die wichtigste Stadt an der Nordküste der Insel und liegt nur 40 Minuten von der Hauptstadt Funchal entfernt.

This is the house to stay at when coming to Madeira. Modern. Beautiful. Clean. Amazing! All the amenities you can ask for. Easy parking. 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms. Large kitchen. Beautiful deck overlooking the ocean. After our 10 days of exploring all corners of this island we determined that Sao Vincente is the absolute perfect location! You are less than 45 minutes from almost anywhere on the island. The ocean is right outside your door. There is a walking path just down from the house along the coastline that takes you to several local restaurant and a short distance to downtown shops and sites. Constantino is the most amazing and attentive host we have ever encountered. Super helpful with recommendations for hikes, restaurants, directions. We came to celebrate my wife's birthday and Constantino surprised her with a birthday gift and local treats. He went out of his way to make us comfortable. For that we thank you Constantino. When we come back to hike and explore more of this stunning island in the future we will 100% be staying here at this house.

This house is right across from the ocean access which allowed our family to jump right in on arrival. The house is as listed. Beds and pillows allowed for a comfortable sleep. There is no air conditioning but it wasn’t needed as the breeze from the ocean provided perfect temperatures. The host was amazing and gave plenty of recommendations including things to do and places to eat. Only thing missing was more cups. We all agreed we would stay here again.

Constantino is an incredible host. He met us early to check in and gave great information and suggestions about the area and island in general. The property is beautifully situated right on the ocean and provides a very relaxing experience. The house is equipped with everything you might need for your stay including a welcome basket of delicious local fruits. Everything about this place is amazing.

Lovely relaxing week. The house is as described at the end of the promenade right by the sea. If it's a bit stormy you might hear the waves crashing but that's the only thing that will disturb you.
The house itself doesn't lack for anything and Constantino is a great host who communicates with you regularly to make sure you have a good stay
