The house is spacious, beautiful and immaculate. The backyard provides a calm and relaxing experience. The pool is lovely and the house overlooks a beautiful lake. Easy commute to downtown Chandler, Phoenix and Scottsdale.

It was stocked with everything you need for a trip, including paper products, toiletries, and high end appliance.s.?The pool was heated which.was great during our chilly stay. Wonderful views and the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Christian was amazing every step along the way - very clear directions and instructions for the house. I loved this location and accommodation - beautiful outdoor pool, patio and really enjoyed the grill! Will definately come back!

The house was as beautiful as the pictures. Modern, clean house with wonderful beds, clean sheets and towels. The lake view, heated pool and patio was very relaxing. This host goes up and behind to insure you have an enjoyable stay. Beers, water and sodas in the wine bar, just like the picture shows. Always nice having the comforts of home, and this place definalety provide that for me.

We rented this property for a week while our kids attended a sports camp relatively nearby. The house sits within a serene gated community. The house itself was airy, bright, clean, and meticulously appointed, with lots of smart-home conveniences. The rooms were comfortable, and we and the kids really enjoyed the outdoor space, which included an outdoor grill, seating area, and heated pool, all overlooking a small lake within the community.
The location was convenient to the kids' camp, but is equally convenient to restaurants and attractions in Chandler, Scottsdale, and Phoenix proper.
Christian, the owner, was great and super organized/responsive. All of the information about the stay was packaged to us ahead of time, as well as printed in a full-color book awaiting our arrival to the home. We would be happy to stay again next time we're in the area.

The pictures accurately depict the property. It was a very nice touch to have the mini fridge stocked with pop and water upon arrival, as well as a Christmas tree set up. It’s clear this property is newly renovated in a gated and quiet neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay! This house is beautiful with top end appliances and linens and furniture. We enjoyed the lovely lake view!! We will definitely stay here again and recommend this property!

STOP! Quit scrolling and looking around for other properties this property is amazing and is well maintained. The amenities are great, the owner was courteous and had great communication. We had a great stay at this house, so calm and peaceful. Will definitely stay here year after year.

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The home was clean and had everything we needed and more. The pool was perfect for our family. Christian was very kind and helpful during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house
We have stayed here once before and returned because of how beautiful and relaxing it is. The property manager is also great at communicating. The fridge was stocked with drinks, the beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. Only suggestion would be to replace the cookware. The teflon is starting to peel off from some pans and it got in our food.

Beautiful Property
We have stayed at a couple of this owner's homes and they are top notch, above and beyond. Communication is excellent, and the home was beautiful. Great, safe neighborhood. High end home, great pool, and great to be on the lake. He found a fishing pole for my son, and floaties are in the garage! So much fun! House is stocked with basic essentials and this is also wonderful. Thank you for another great stay!

We hope to check out another one of Christian's property's next vaca if available! This home is located in such a peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful homes and water daily. Waking up to the beautiful view and warm beautiful pool was just one of the many highlights. This property has a very well stocked kitchen. This home truly has it all! I have never seen another vrbo that is as well stocked with paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap, tp, spices, dishes, etc. I Loved that it had the toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner etc. The mini fridge had waters and soda upon arrival. I could go on and on. Thank you for for the awesome stay! We will be back!:)

Well if you're looking for a place that's located in the center of it all close to everything like downtown Chandler a major freeways this is the home for you also very comfortable clean owner are very attentive and therefore you 24/7 if you have any questions . The home is very relaxing quiet and spacious I definitely recommend this home I would definitely rent it again...

Awesome vacation rental for our sisters vacation!
Excellent!! This home was all the description said and more! My two sisters and I felt so pampered in this beautiful home. From the gorgeous patio and heated pool right on the water, to the amazing kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, we had everything that we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked and Christian left us a wonderful assortments of drinks, including lots of water and coffees. There was a book with lots of information about the property and the surrounding area which was very helpful. The location made it easy to get around too. Thank you for your generous hospitality! We will hope to book again on our next trip to Arizona!
