Close to everything, beach access in minutes. Loved it and would book again.

Polynesian property is exactly as described. Creatively decorated space that was warm and inviting. Very well appointed. Private outdoor fenced in patio extended the living area and was great for our 2 small dogs. . At first I was not thrilled with the location, being just off a 4 lane street, but then found it convenient to many areas including beaches.

Very clean and nicely appointed. It was close to everything. We really enjoyed the Dog Beach and the local dog parks. We'd highly recommend!

Owners have thought of everything you would need for a comfortable relaxing stay. Traveling with our two small dogs and found this property to be extremely dog friendly.

Where do we even begin? We took our vacation to the Sarasota area because that’s where Dans father was from. This was also the first time that we have been able to bring our dog, Brady, on a vacation with us so we were heading into uncharted territory. We were excited to find a place that was dog friendly, but we had no idea how GREAT this place would be! First of all the pictures of the place are spot on. It is such a beautiful, cozy, beachy condo! The owners had honestly gone out of their way to provide literally EVERYTHING you would need on a week long stay. Everything from dishes, and cookware, pots, pans, silverware, utensils, dish soap. It honestly saved us a ton of room when we were packing, too! Bed was super comfy! Shower was really cool! We loved the tile walls in there! Different color light options and Wi-Fi speakers in the bathroom light was super cool! Everything was modern and up to date. The owners leave you endless menus, and directions to all sorts of things in the surrounding area! There are endless beaches in the surrounding area! We tried to go to as many as we could! North Jetty beach, in Nokomis was absolutely the most beautiful, and peaceful beach I’ve ever been to. Sunsets that look like paintings, and we saw dolphins and manatees there two nights in a row! Venice beaches were cool, with a great dog friendly area. (And there were also a lot of beaches not technically “dog friendly” that were very welcoming of Brady ;-) ) We loved this place so much that we booked an extra night on our last day there because we just didn’t want to leave. We had an amazing experience, and the owners were spectacular! We can’t wait for next August to go back!

My fiancé and I stayed at the Polynesian condo with our bulldog for a week and we enjoyed every minute of it. We loved how accommodating it was for Hank. He loved lying in the crate with his blanket and also loved the outdoor bed that was also provided. He loved sitting out on the patio. He even met a couple of furry friends next door through a loose panel of the fence that was soon be fixed. I loved that there was Polynesian music as we entered. We really felt like we walked into an actual Polynesian hotel suite. The king size bed is very comfortable and we slept great every night. The shower is really nice and I love the feature to be able to dim the lights and listen to music. Jill and Joe have a lot of information provided for guests on dining, what to do etc. We do recommend Der Dutchmen in Sarasota which is an Amish restaurant. We went there for breakfast the last few days of our stay. The buffet is really good and I’m not a big fan of buffets. There are a lot of other great restaurants in the area too to explore. We got to meet Jill right before check-in and she is very sweet and very accommodating. The communication throughout the trip was amazing. I will rent from them again when I am in the Sarasota area. By the way, I remember reading in someone’s review that they saw lizards inside the house, but I never saw one in the house. I saw them outside, but never inside. I think it is because we kept the front and patio door shut all the time after entering or exiting. This place is very clean and kept very well. Love the detailing on the woodwork that the owner did. Also want to add that staying here instead of right on a beach encouraged visits to different beaches to explore. The drive to different beaches wasn’t bad at all depending on how far you want to go. We ended up as far as Longboat Key and Anna Marie Island which I recommend!! The condo is in a great central location. You really won’t be disappointed when you book a stay at this Polynesian condo.
