This house seriously had something to offer for everyone in my family. From the all seasons room, sitting out by the grill and the game room. Running joke during our stay was "hey we have a game room" lol. Thank you for the memories!

We enjoyed our time at this property and thought the location and community was very nice! We were able to enjoy a couple of the pools when we were there and they were very nicely kept and not too crowded. The 3 season porch was a nice bug free place to hang out in the morning and at night after we opened up the screens. The kitchen had everything we needed and everything was very clean and in working order! The beds were comfy and again everything was tidy and clean.
We enjoyed our time and wish we were there longer to use more of the community amenities! (i.e. tennis courts, fishing pond, etc.) It is a very nice area.
The owner was very responsive when we had questions and made it easy to check-in and check-out.
I would recommend as a great place to go to with kids!

Property was absolutely beautiful and big enough for everyone. Everything was really clean, the house was very cozy and comfortable. This was such a nice vacation. My family can't wait to come back. Communication with the host was helpful and quick always got back to me if I needed help. We really loved our stay and will love to come back again.

Everything was clean and well documented. Owner is easy to communicate with. The TV package didn't have some of the sports we wanted to watch but the nice setup of smart TV's made it easy to stream those games. Very nice community.

A perfect place for a quick weekend getaway. Short drive to Shawnee Mountain to enjoy skiing and then back to the house for dinner and Smores at the firepit outside.

Jason is super attentive and the house is exactly as described. Make sure you get all the information about the amenities as the pool is not always open. Hope you enjoy your stay the same way we did.

Great property for a family to enjoy with spacious living areas and amenities such as a pool table and a well equipped kitchen. Did miss having a dishwasher. Jason thoughtful in decorating for the holidays and providing a rotary fan. Not a lot to do beyond the community center in Dec. as the area parks closed for the season. The house provided plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 young children to enjoy a few days.

We had a very nice stay for a week with our dog. The house is very comfortable and clean. It rained a few days but it was great to have the tv and very comfortable couch to spend a few relaxing days watching movies and had fun visiting local breweries. The neighborhood is super quiet too. We did enjoy the pool a few times as well as had dinner at the restaurant in the neighborhood.

House was clean and very comfortable. We loved the 3 session room and kids enjoyed playing pool. Beds were very comfortable. Jason was great with checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Development was a lot larger than expected but they did have nice amenities. Kids loved the boats and fishing at Millpond. I would highly recommended staying at this location.

The experience at this home was great although the weather wasn’t too great to go out , we were still able to enjoy the stay at the home. Everything was nice and clean and the check in and check out process was easy. I liked how Jason any of my questions or concerns i had. I would stay at this house again, i recommend it to anyone, was a very lovely place to stay.

We loved that the property was dog friendly but you would never know a pet was ever there! The home was very clean. My kids loved the community amenenties especially the indoor pool. Access to Bushkill Falls was excellent. Jason was very responsive and great to work with.

Extremely clean and well maintained. Nice and open space. Host went above and beyond to make the stay a wonderful experience. The skiing on the estate was an added bonus as well as the pool and jacuzzi. Highly recommend

Nice cozy house for our family of 4
This house had everything we were looking for during our weekend stay in the Poconos. Nice ambiance, a functional kitchen, and a game room/closet to keep the kids entertained. It was nice that we had access to the community amenities. We went to the indoor pool, which was clean with a lifeguard on duty. We would definitely stay here again.

It was nice that the grandparents had their own bedroom and bathroom. We also loved the community’s indoor pool with hot tub; we appreciated that the pool was not crowded when we went in the morning and clean. The booking process is a bit more involved than other properties we have stayed at, mostly because it is a gated community and there are community rules. The plus side is we felt very safe in the community and the owner was very quick to reply to our messages. Was a great weekend.

Short stay
Family was in town for the weekend, only 2 nights, to celebrate the life of a recently deceased family member. Jason, the host, was great... very accommodating. I found the community rules and regulations to be strict and daunting, though, for such a short stay and that caused me some anxiety which made it difficult for me to relax. I'm sure it would have been easier had we been there for the week and had time to get used to it. As a family, we didn't have much time to take innall that the property offered but we all got a good night's rest on the amazing beds.
