Walking distance to Mergozzo, beside the lake, beautiful scenery, the pool, lovely to have a terrace to enjoy your breakfast on. Very modern and well kept. The flowers around the property were stunning! Lovely and quiet while we were there.
Nit picking, but the coffee cup( there was only 1!) and glasses needed to be washed before use as there was lipstick on them.

Light and airy, very clean and comfortable. All you need is there. Delicious coffee, the best towels. If we return to the area this is where we’ll stay again!

A fabulous full service apartment with everything you need, lovely bed linen, even kitchen basics like dishwasher tabs... Most importantly for families a good restaurant across the road if you fancy eating out. (Kids playground next to restaurant means you can eat & enjoy a good bottle of wine at your leisure)

The rooms are spacious, clean and luxurious. The apartment is beautifully designed. The apartment is 5 minutes walking distance from Mergozzo, along a riverside path. The pool is big and clean, the gardens well looked after and plenty of loungers for all guests.

The location is fantastic, right next to the lake. Better than most accommodation. Excellent garden and pool. Camilla was very accomodation in helping us have an excellent stay. We'll be back!

Clean and brand new apartment with a nice patio to sit outside. Pool was great and location was perfectly located with a small stroll to the lake, promonade and beautiful village and also close to the mountains for hiking or cycling. The host was extremely nice as well.
Almost everything was great. Only recommendation is to provide for a larger table outside (it is a small square table).

Clean and new apartment, very nice garden area with a big pool shared only with 3 other apartments, direct access to pool and garden via the terrace, very nice and helpful owner.
Furthermore, the place is close to the lake and to the restaurants in the picturesque village of Mergozzo.

The hosts were very helpful, both on arrival and during our stay. They proactively inquired if everything was allright. The house is nice, and very close to the village - it's a five minute walk to the restaurants.

Communication was fantastic right after the booking was confirmed. Smooth check-in and the apartment is exact as on the pictures. Pool and garden as well as the apartment was very tidy and clean. We will be back for sure!
