Location ! If you are going to Nuevo Laredo on foot, this is the best place to cross the border by walking
In general, I felt very safe at the Rialto
The breakfast was a bit too skimpky

A historic hotel with very fine furnishings and seems to abound with history. The breakfast was modest, but adequate. You can’t beat the location if you planned to cross the border, which is only a half mile away.
The price just keeps going up… as do most things in the US and elsewhere around the world
