No breakfast. A simple basket given the price we paid is appropriate.
Communication earlier regarding the building work right next door. Parking was tight as there was a lot of stuff in the garage and another car parked right beside it as guests staying in the smaller studio.

It was cozy and clean and had off street parking. Located half way between Queenstown and Frankston made it easy to get around, shop for food and enjoy everything the area has to offer in summer.
Unfortunately some construction has started right next to the front door. It didn’t bother us too much as we were out most of the day but it did stop us from enjoying the outdoor patio and balcony with builders and jackhammers going on until about 7pm.

Not sure can call it luxury appartment needs some work tv in one of the rooms wouldn’t work sliding door upstairs needs some lubricant advert talks about new coffee machine but no coffee pods for it wasn’t even a small milk in the fridge couple more towels in main bathroom would be nice especially with having a spa bath could hear neighbours through the walls only thing really liked about accommodation was the view.
