House was perfect for our reunion, many bedroom options, clean and comfortable, great location near boardwalk and restaurants. I would recommend to everyone!

Great experience staying at this rental. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Very spacious inside and the backyard is very nice too!

We are a large group of 14 and the house was great. A few problems but owners are fixing them and it is a wonderful house in a fantastic location.

Our group of six women stayed for two nights. The main level was perfect...lots of comfy sofas and nice dining room. Kitchen well appointed. The dishwasher door was not attached but we figured out to make it stay connected. Eight bedrooms accommodated us well. If you have issues with stairs - Do note that four of the rooms are on the 3rd floor. Once the room air conditioners were on the rooms were comfortable. I did talk with Evolve person and shared the following issues which I was assured would be fixed for future guests. Broken dishwasher door, broken faucet on shower tap on third floor, sliding door off dining room doesn't lock (did have stick in the track to lock), badly stained mattresses in some bedrooms could use mattress pads, shredded leather on sofa could use a patch. We did find the home comfortable but attention to these issues could make it so much better.

This place is huge and well-appointed. It has more than enough room for our group, and everything was as listed. Communication with the host contact was fast and easy, and it was obvious that there is care taken in the management of the property.

A group of six women friends rented the home for two days. The rooms were spacious and back yard was lovely as had ample seating. The kitchen was well appointed as was the bar area. There were numerous things that needed fixing or attention and I will bring it to the attention of the owner/rental agency Evolve. Broken dishwasher door, burnt out lights in the dining making the room dark, broken handle on the top floor shower faucet which make it challenging to turn on, ripped leather sofa in living room, stained mattresses (mattress pads suggested), gas bottle in fire pit empty. Despite all these issues it was a comfortable stay. The rental agent did call on our arrival to make sure we got in the home okay.

This house is old, the floors are wobbly, and it is SO CHARMING! It's big and spacious, well-appointed, and in a great location. There was plenty of room for us--more than we needed--and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Communication was excellent. Definitely recommend.

The house is great! Owner couldn’t be nicer. We stayed four days and had a great time with jersey relatives. Looooots of room in this big old well restored house. You’re close to everything and basically in the center of it all. The one thing about the house is that there are no en suite baths. Each floor has a full bath and there is a bath and a half on the ground floor so it really isn’t a big deal. Great hot water! You’ll love this place!

the evolve property management would never respond to my emails. Once I was closer to check in, I was given the owner's contact info and he was terrific and everything went smoothly. Property is clean and lovely and perfectly situated

What a fabulous home!
I spent a long weekend there with my yoga friends and we had a blast! The house is very welcoming and has a family feel. Enough rooms for us all to have some privacy but the dining room is where we got together for meals and to share stories. The kitchen is awesome, super well equipped. If you’ll be cooking a lot and you’re a picky cook like me, bring a couple of pots and pans, some rubber spatulas and take out containers. Everything else you need will be there. Lots of plates, silverware, toaster, coffee maker and so on. The ovens are the best ever and that stove top is a cook’s dream. There are lots of sheets bath towels and beach towels, you don’t need to carry those.
Sean is very nice and friendly and made himself available in case e needed anything. But the weekend was just perfect. I can’t recommend the house enough.
