Great location and sea view.

First of all, the bed. There was no mattress support, only sheet of plywood under the mattress, which created very loud and squeaky noise with every movement, thus we didn’t have to much sleep during our stay. Furniture and flooring were old, rusty with visible signs of wear&tear, but that wasn’t too much of a problem for us, but it might be for others. The lack of window in the kitchen and toilet (there where only wooden shutters).

Deanna is a very kind and friendly host and her puppy is adorable! 🥰 We stayed in a room with a sea view and it was just amazing! Beach is just down the stairs, but there’s also a short walk to other beaches, including Limuni beach. Saplunara, like the rest of the island is absolutely gorgeous. We planned on spending more or less time exploring Mljet, so we needed a room to crash and eat in and we were definitely satisfied even staying in the whole day. For a forested island in Dalmatia, the signal/wifi and the room was great. Overall the stay met out expectations and more and we will definitely be coming back. ❤️

Beautiful surroundings and environment. The hosts are nice.

We don't expect high luxury. But unfortunately, our expectation of the Villa is not in line what is shown on the website of Booking.com. The furniture looks poor and need care, like nails are pointing out from the wooden floor in the corners. The airco is leaking, due to this leaking the whole balcony is wet and not accessible. The bathroom, the shower head can't be fixed, because the support is broken. The toilet seat has burning cigarette spots. The bathroom floor itself has cracks. The water storage of the toilet was leaking either. The WIFI signal is so poor that not even a basic weather forecast website can't be download the information. The parking slots are difficult to reach due to lack of maintenance of their garden, plants and bushes. The last night we didn't had even water, so no shower and no toilet.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which was replaced by some problems with our room. The room is excellent with a beautiful view of the sea, the location is very quiet, which allows you to sleep well, the kitchen is spacious and there is everything you need for cooking. A friendly and positive owner, who always helped us in resolving issues and was interested in how we were doing, best recommendations.

The apartment has a great location (just a few meters from the sea) and a beautiful view from the balcony. There is a functional little kitchen within the room which allows you to cook your own meals. Also, the host was very kind and welcoming.

Accommodation could be a little bit more modern (better kitchen appliances, better bathroom equipment etc.), there is no TV and WiFi is pretty slow.
