Comfortable room. Easy check-in and access to building and room, room was clean and we appreciated the kitchenette, electric kettle and refrigerator. Shower had good water pressure and the hair dryer worked. Beds were firm but comfortable. Good value.
Would have liked an untethered hair dryer (this one was attached to the wall). Pillows were a little flat. Location was a bit far from where we wanted to go (shopping, Benfica stadium, train station), but that's probably on us for being new to the area.

Kitchen, comfy bed, easy checkin/out, taxi from airport
Smell in the bathroom, smell in the elevator, the cheapest toilet paper, no coffee (but coffee machine was there), almost no variations of breakfest

The property was in a nice area , easy to enter after checking in , was clean the AC saved us and it was not that nosy altho the airport was close and plains were flying above the building.

The location, and the easy to find it.
Insufficiency of toilet paper, despite having been specifically requested.
The condition of the floor. It is unreasonable for the wooden floor to be completely scratched.
Poor sound insulation between the room and the common areas of the building. You can hear all the noises from those outside the room
