The location was excellent, the house was great and the hosts left a very generous supply of breakfast cereals, milk, fruit, fruit juices, yoghurt, eggs, bacon, butter, cheeses, wine and port.

The property was in fantastic condition. Each room enjoyed its own ensuite with heated floor and large screen TV. The hosts provided some very thoughtful provisions, which we enjoyed greatly. Such a great stay, we extended an additional night. Sometimes in these older properties, power points are hard to come by, but not here, plenty available. Heating in the house was also very good, with a gas log fire in the living room and ducted central to the remainder of the house. All in all, a wonderful stay, we'd certainly stay again.

Nothing! Although only one improvement I could think of would be to also get the TV's in the bedrooms hooked up to the internet, like the lounge one is, but otherwise there's nothing we didn't like!

From what we expected, it really exceeded our expectations and I would recommend this to anyone for a kid free getaway. The house felt cozy, had the old character but with modern features added to it. Some great wineries close by.

it is a really wonderful property in an idyllic location.

Classy ambiance through the house. very comfortable rooms. The hosts were very generous with the wine, cheese board and other delights they had prepared for our stay

Breakfast was great

Having a clothes horse to peg our washing out would have been handy.

The house has recently been renovated but still has the original charm of a family cottage. Perfect location for a Barossa stay and well provisioned for when you want to relax
