Nice location and friendly staff

We liked the hotel very much beacuse its location is great. First the hotel is very close to the railway station (we travelled by shinkansen), next we could leave the luggage in the central reception before and after our stay in the hotel and the last but not least the hotel is close to the most important places to visit, i.e. historic Christian persecution places and Nagasaki Peace Park.
The hotel room was clean, had enough space for three of us, has a very nice view at the hills around.

We were told that it was too late to order breakfast. I was disappointed as it was only about 5 PM.

Giant - which is fairly unusual in Japan - comfy room. Good(ish) location. Good toiletry selection. Quiet. Small balcony.
Terriblly confusing check-in system. Rooms too hot despite having windows. Super thorough instructions in English on how to use all the technology in the room but none of the electronics matched those in the instructions.
Although no significant complaints was just an underwhelming place.

"Die Lager neben dem Bahnhof war super. Wir konnten das Gepäck bei früher Ankunft bis zum Checkin Zeitpunkt abgeben. Zimmer war gross mit einem richtigen Schrank. Es hatte eine kleine Küche."
