House was fantastic, clean and roomy. Location is awesome, only a short drive to all the parks. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great time! The house was clean and well stocked for our stay. The pool was great and also clean. The host was in constant communication leading up to our stay, including videos showing us how to do everything. Highly recommend!

We had a great time and the kids loved the amenities as well as the adults! Would happily book again.

The house unit itself is very nice, we enjoyed the house as a group of 10 (6 adults and 4 children, celebrating 2 children's birthdays). I have done many VRBO rentals and this one was somewhat unusual. The property management group contacted us the night before asking for all the names of the people staying in the unit. I provided the names of the adults and was told I also needed to give them the names of the children to which I told them we did not feel comfortable sharing due to privacy reasons. They stated they needed the children's names anyways. At check in, the security office only asked for my name and ID so not sure why all names were necessary. You do have to go to a separate office to receive your amenity wristbands to use the community pool which is slightly inconvenient. You should be given the wristbands at the security gate to make the process easier. We had 3 vehicles for our group and the driveway only fits 2 vehicles with a third vehicle having to park sideways on the apron but you are not to block the sidewalk and there is no street parking or overflow parking. So for a house that sleeps 13, parking is not good. Property management company also monitors the ring cameras to make sure you are following the parking policies. Lastly, they are stingy with what is provided. We were only given 2 trash bags and were given a third when I asked for it. When I asked for dishwasher pods, they sent me a list of what is provided rather than just giving us a pod.
