Excellent stay! The hotel has a beautiful location with stunning panoramic views of Nuwara Eliya. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. Great value for money.

Nothing major to complain about. Overall, everything was good and we really enjoyed our stay.

Liked the room size and heated pool in the hotel

The food was appalling except the dessert , we had only 1 meal and decided that we would eat elsewhere in the city,for the next 2 days . Many guests were complaining about the distasteful food and general attitude of staff who were very polite but clueless .The staff didn’t even welcome us when we arrived , they checked us into a room that was not vacant , room wasn’t cleaned while we were out ,poor restaurant food and overall lack of ambiance! The management charged us unnecessary tax (17000 SLR )at arrival although we had booked the hotel through booking.com . We were then asked to pay for a very uncomfortable extra bed which we didn’t even ask for . Overall a very pompous looking hotel with no real amnesties or value for money,we had to look for other hotels at the end.
