Good value for the money

Can't they change bedding if you there longer than a week I had to get on my knees to clean the floor with My face cloth at least they can come and sweep I don't book in with a broom Staff does not know how the laundromat work For that price I expected a bit more

Good location, very spacious room. However, the air conditioning did not work. Would caution against doing laundry here as well, about €8 for one load of laundry. Other than that, it was very clean and a fun student accommodation.

Location was good, staff was extremely helpfull.

Need better pillows in the room, and the last 2 mornings coffee machine in commen area was not working.

A double room was booked but in reality the bed we were provided with was a three quarter bed rather than a double which made for cramped sleeping arrangements.

Modern building, nice staff, clean room, easy access, tram stop very close.

No soap in the room. The bed was too small for 2 adults.

Security very aggressive. Staff polite but very unsure about things and somewhat unable to offer support.

The location was central and easy to get anywhere. The check in and check out was easy and quick. Some rooms were small but mine in particular was perfect.

There was alot of noise in the evening due to it being a student campus. But they are respectable students and did not make it to much of an issue.

Convenient location to Heuston Station and the airport bus drop off. Tram , bus and hop on hop off bus stops in walkable distance. 2 good pubs and a small grocery shop nearby. Good security to and on the premises.

This is student accommodation and that is not specifically mentioned on their site. Only one response to a question acknowledges that, and states that it operates as a hotel for 3 months of the year. Don't expect a hotel.Expect a very small student pad with no use of the kettle or the communal kitchen in your apartment block. Understand the dimensions given of the room and the bed. The front desk closes at midnight and is often manned by foreign students who cannot give you accurate advice about the area. Our hand basin was blocked and the water was not draining. We reported this on the Sunday afternoon and were assured it would be sorted by the handyman by 9 am the next morning. The handyman did not come into work on Monday so after creating a fuss when we returned from dinner at 10pm ,the security man charmingly agreed to try and sort. He couldn't and by the time we checked out on Tues am it was still blocked. Drainage issues occur but the attitide of the staff was inexcusable..

Excellent accommodation, look forward to booking again.

Toilet paper is not very nice a better quality toilet paper would have made it amazing

It is a nice place, and was quiet for a place full of students, is close to public tranport, and shops and pubs.

I would have liked a kettle in my room, and a shower head that I can move 🙂 and access to tap water, as I wasn't sure if the water from the bathroom sink is good for drinking.

It's clean and tidy. The check in was smooth and the staff kind. There's public transport at a reasonable distance

The room itself is very basic. The bed too small for two. No access to the kitchen

The room itself was really good size with a desk, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with a nice shower, comfortable bed and nice big windows to keep cool in the heat. The location is ideal for the tram to city centre and walking distance to some lovely pubs and cafes with phoenix park really close.

This is in a student accommodation which feels uncomfortable sharing the space with students who live in the premises. I think for them it isn't comfortable to have random strangers entering the premises at all hours of the day and night. Also it was a bit too noisy at times in the evening. The kitchen was off limits to guests which is disappointing as it is there ready to be used but not allowed for no apparent reason. This would have been handy as we were staying not for holidays but for work.
