El apartamento muy cómodo. Las dos terrazas muy chulas. Pau, el dueño genial. Muy buena comunicación con él. El barrio me gustó mucho. Tranquilo y muy cerca de todo. El garaje genial, no tener que buscar aparcamiento es estupendo. Un Mercadona muy cerca del apartamento, que siempre viene muy bien.

Por decir algo, nosotros llevamos un coche grande y alto y para salir del garaje es un poco complicado, pero se sale. La plaza grande y cómoda.

Location is great! You can walk to the beach and to the old-town, both within 6-10 minutes. There are plenty of cafes around the block. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Nothing extravagant, but just what we needed. Parking is included and there is a washing machine and drying rack. The bed is comfortable. Almost everything is new and updated, with a few exceptions (microwave and fridge). But everything works and we had no problems. I love the two balconies. Nice view of the mountains from the living room. The place is very sunny and bright (with blackout shades on the windows). They gave us enough basic supplies for a few days or more: coffee/tea/dishwasher detergent/laundry detergent. The bedding and towels were very new and plush. Pao was excellent with communicating with me, through the booking app and WhatsApp. This is not a touristy location, it's all locals....we love that. But it is such a short walk to the beach and to the old-town so we had the best of both worlds. Very safe area, walking home after a late-night dinner was very pleasant. Free parking is great....we made a day trip to the Castle of Guadalest which was lovely. We came in April and the weather was excellent, warm (not hot) during the day, cool at night.

Some cooking dishes in the cabinets could be upgraded. I was told that they will do this immediately after I mentioned it. Nothing else, we'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Altea. Beach is pebbles (not sand) but this didn't bother me because I wasn't here to lay on the sand.

Great communication with owner. Only a few minutes walk to the seafront. Everything we needed in the apartment.

Pillows a bit hard and only 1 each.

Gute Lage, schnell am Strand ( Achtung: Kieselstrand) und in der Altstadt, Supermarkt gleich ums Eck. Schön sind auch die zwei Terrassen

Sehr einfache, nüchterne Wohnung, Bäder sind in die Jahre gekommen, sehr schlecht ausgestattete Küche mit alten verkratzten Pfannen und Töpfen und viel zu wenig Geschirr, selbst für zwei Personen
