Visited our daughter at Marquette and the house was very comfortable for our group of four and our dog. Walking distance to coffee shop, bars and some shops and restaurants. Good MKE weekend place.

This cute place is a quick drive to downtown and everything in the south side. We ate at Corazon around the corner which was delicious. Very good place to stay.

Stayed for 3 nights Christmas weekend. Super easy check in and check out. Very responsive owners. Lots to see in Bayview with great restaurants (recommend Odd Duck) and fun shops in quaint neighborhood but still short drive to other Milwaukee sights. Nice kitchen. Sleeps 4 and comfortable beds. Easy to let our dogs out and walk them in neighborhood. Would stay again.

We chose Milwaukee for our girls trip destination and loved the look of this place!! Check in went well, had to get parking approval for the one night so that was the only part that took a little, but all online and easy. The beds are FIRM so that was the only part we did not like. Very nicely decorated and cozy!! Did not really hear the tenants upstairs, hopefully they could not hear some of our laughing spells!!! Overall a great stay!! Thank you!

Walking into this home, your first impression is "wow! This place is amazeballs!" The art is cool, the floors are cool, the bedrooms are Euro-chic, there's lots of seating, it's welcoming, it has the perfect blend of retro and modern. It's an IKEA heaven. Small things that make a big difference to guests: the sheets are great--no skimpy paper-thin stuff here; the towels smell great--no mildew smell on your body after drying off; great games provided in the living room chest, like FUN games, games that you would actually play yourself; plenty of dishes; super nice beds--none of that hard, springy I-put-my-old-crappy-bed-in-my-airbnb stuff here; an air mattress and bedding in the front closet for when you have three people who all want their own sleeping area; large dining table for eating and playing games; plenty of seating. Hosts were amazingly friendly and patient with all my questions... even when we locked ourselves in and couldn't get the front security door unlocked in the morning. Our stay was meant to be a one-night, luxury stay, and that is what we got. I can't speak to the other reviewer's experience, but we didn't experience anything like that at all ... and we were playing a pretty raucous game of What Do You Meme until about 10:00. It's lovely. If you want the ultimate BayView experience and want to be close to all the fun things that Milwaukee has to offer, you can't go wrong with this property.

We rented the property on New Years Eve since we were skiing at a nearby location. The home was a duplex and the host lived on the other side of the duplex with a small child.- which was never disclosed as I would never have rented from them. After booking/paying we were told “quiet time” was 10pm - 8am. (New Years Eve) At 7:30, owner knocked on door and told us he had a noise complaint. (It was he who was complaining) We apologized and said we thought quiet time was 10pm not 7:30. Our check out time was 12noon, our friends who we were skiing with came over to pick us up- while we were cleaning owners wife came in an hour early and asked us if we were done yet- she then accused us of having extra people, and said did you pay for them? We did. If you’re going to rent, and live in premises with a child- you should state that in your description. I don’t blame them for being mad- my kids were young too once, it should have been disclosed. I have rented many many times and this is the first “bad” review I have given. The place was beautiful-walls were thin- you could hear everything! Just know- the owners are not meant for this type of business at this time!
