I was very pleased with my stay at playa laguna.

Everything was good. No complaints

Property site is good but could have more parking space.

I was very under happy with the location of my apartment.Four levels down and the elevator stopped working and with a knee injury that was not good.The only way to get back and forth was long walking and stairs.And the elevator was not repaired the rest of my stay.

Pool and bar/restaurant

There were 4 power outages on a Sunday, two days into my stay, that resulted in no Internet service on the entire property, in an area where I had bad cell reception. I asked on property staff if someone could help and they said the management office was closed and that nothing could be done. I left the property, found another and once I could contact the manager I informed them I had left the property and why and that I will need a refund for the days I could not stay. Management refused saying I did not give them a chance to correct the issue. Informed them that they were physically out of office on the day in question and that internet service was down, preventing me from communicating with anyone including them. They still refused to compensate in any way for the issues. I do not recommend staying here!

Could not find where to pay. They wanted to charge a cleaning fee they did not clean the room while we were there

The place was big nice clean well equipped. I was ground level at pool very nice.resteraunt is convenient but a little pricey. The location was quiet and safe. It has a beach but it's a little walk through some terrain. It's not very nice or convenient.

The location is so far away from everything that you must have a car. Taxi one way to sosua 3 to 5 minute drive there recommended taxi charges $10 US each way that's hiway robbery. Uber is a joke in the area. The drivers use it as a tool to get cash customers. In the app it is a $2.50 ride and they contact you to pay cash outside the app. For $4.50 it's still high but better than other taxi. I would stay there again if I had a rental car.

yooo i don’t have word to describe this . it was very good , nice and safe place . the location is very simple and safe . im in love with this place .. can’t wait to be back .
