Reflecting on our stay, my wife and I both came to the same conclusion as to our favorite part of our PR visit: the cozy condo that gave us a home away from home. With our toddler in tow, the condo had everything we needed (even a stroller for morning walks on the property:) The balcony’s ocean/beach view alone was perfect, and every other review praising all the other comforting touches this place offers is spot on. I’m pleased to add another 5-star experience to the long list of happy guests who’ve came before us. Thanks again, Greg. We’ll certainly be back.

The location of this property was great. Palmas del Mar is a beautiful resort. The property was spacious and well maintained. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed browsing through the welcome binder that had many useful information about the area. Highly recommend this place!

My family and I rented this beautiful villa right by the ocean at Crescent Beach in Palmas Del Mar. It was perfect, clean great amenities like towels, beach chairs, volleyball, boogie boards and a cooler. The villa had a bluetooth sound bar that enabled us to enjoy music while relaxing at the villa and enjoying the beach/ocean view. The Crescent beach property was great, well maintained and beautiful. We enjoyed going from the pool, to the beach and back, and with the villa so close we could easily go in for meals and snacks. We used host recommended shuttle, Puerto Rico Green Transportation, and it was perfect for us to get to and from the airport. Once we got there, we rented golf carts to easily get around the property for checking out the Pterocarpus forest, dining and quick items at the convenience store at Palmanova Plaza. We also used the nearby WalMart for grocery items, and took a couple trips to El Yunque and Ceiba for the Vieques ferry. Both, I highly recommend for people looking to do some exploring not to far away. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is our second time staying in this particular unit and just as the first time it did not disappoint. I had a lot going on after my return on my first stay that I didn’t get a chance to write a review. My kids and us simply love it. The fact that I was not expecting to have a pack-n-play the first time was a huge plus. Now that my kids are little older there was no need for it but the unit had beach toys and toddler life vests, again a huge plus. The host is very friendly and easy to get in touch with. He also has a well organized binder with instructions and recommendations which this time around we were able to go to several of his recommendations, great choices! Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups & silverware. My home away from home is the best way I can describe it. Thank you!!!

Humacao is my home town and I have visited Palmas Del Mar many times throughout the years. This apartment was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and very well equipped with everything needed and steps away from the ocean/pool. I really enjoyed having coffee every morning admiring the beautiful beach. Many restaurants throughout the property with delicious food. Our family really had a wonderful time and cannot wait to return.

The place was great and views amazing. Only thing I could find that they need to look into is master bath toilet. The water pressure is not great you have to hold button for a while to flush toilet. Other then this the place it clean and great. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Candelero Abajo in Palmas Del Mar. The ocean view was absolutely beautiful and peaceful to look at while sitting on the patio having coffee in the morning and drinks at night. Exactly what was advertised if not better in person! Greg was quick to get back to me with any questions I had prior to arriving and I didn’t have to bother him during our stay! The Villa is well kept, clean (smelled amazing) and has everything you need. We will definitely stay here again! Absolutely Breathtaking! Thanks again Greg! 😁

The condo was exactly as described. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was as it made it easy to do some cooking. We also appreciated how responsive the owner was in getting back to us with our questions. The only disappointment was the bed in the master bedroom; it was very, very soft and uncomfortable.

All amenities as described! The condo was exactly what we needed for this trip. Very clean and comfortable. We were steps away from the beach and pool. The view from the large balcony was breathtaking! It was peaceful and serene while we sipped our morning cafe. Retail and grocery shopping are minutes away.
The pool staff was helpful and friendly. This gated community was well maintained as well as the rest of Palmas.
I highly recommend Crescent Beach for your stay!

This was a “girls trip” for a group of 4. I must say this was one of the best rental experiences I have encountered. The setting, amenities, and comfort of the condo let you know the owner truly values his guests and is trying to ensure their stay will be a memorable one. The condo has the perfect beachfront location to enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean, and the pools are only a few steps away. The restaurants within the property did not disappoint either. We had a rental car (probably the best option if you’re planning on sightseeing at your leisure and getting to and from the airport ) so we did not need to rent a golf cart to get around the property. Greg was also very prompt in responding whenever we had a question. Overall, this property is a hidden gem to which we all decided we would love to return to soon.

Fabulous property
We were very pleased with our stay at this condo. It honestly looked even better in person than it did in the pictures! It’s spacious, clean, and the views from the balcony were wonderful! The pools were great, and some of the time we had them completely to ourselves. The condo had everything you need to be comfortable and do some cooking. Bedrooms and closets were spacious, bathrooms were great. Greg answered my questions and everything was seamless. I’d highly recommend this property.

This place is amazing. They have everything so well kept and organized. The details are very intentional and well thought off. They even have a book with information of the island outside the Palmas. I would love to stay here again.

Perfect Family "Covid-Safe" Getaway!
We had a great time at this place, so much so that we booked it again for the other half of our family to go down in a month. The owners made everything from the booking to the checking out sensational! Memories were created, un-plugging from a world that is very intense , escaping the worries of a virus and so much more! It was like we had our own ocean front condo to ourselves! THanks for everything!
