We loved the property and in particular it’s location. It was a truly walkable location to both the slopes and to town.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Three stories of classic ski cabin atmosphere. We used the spa on the front deck every day and loved the view of all five peaks. Great spot!

Location, location, location! This home is in the perfect spot-so close to town it is walkable and situated with an amazing view of the mountains. It was very comfortable for 6 adults. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and cookware. The owners or property manager respond promptly to texts. The only negative I can think of to pass along is the beds are not fabulous. They are kind of hard, and I prefer squishy. Did not affect my stay at all. Would highly recommend this property and give it 5 stars and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Had an issue with the water heater the first day, maintenance was there promptly even when it was a holiday. House was clean and the location was great so we didn't have to worry about driving and parking anywhere. It was perfect for 2 families

All around a great experience. Property has great mountain views and is within a short walking distance to the downtown area. The management staff was great, made sure all our needs were addressed.

There were just so many minor items that needed to be fixed/updated/removed. It is a small house but it's been jam packed with excess items, stand alone cabinets in kitchen gobbling up space, large dresser/twin beds in main floor bedroom that made walking in there quite interesting, door into main floor bedroom/bathroom drags (a LOT) on the carpet, envelope door to wet closet for main floor toilet/shower does not lock - - keep in mind this is also the only toilet on the main floor so it's not an exclusive bathroom even if it's close to the main floor bedroom, there is a pane long crack in the kitchen window, only one window we found had a screen, other windows had to remain closed after bees were coming in the windows we had opened for airflow, super soft mattress in master bedroom which results in it really can only be used for one person, the thermostat was set at 60 when we arrived - the temp in the house was closer to 70 - but the heat kept kicking on. All in all it was an okay property but with the cost in excess of $500 a night we had hoped for something with a bit more TLC. Also, although quite minor, it would have been nice to have had a pod coffee brewer- - we brought biodegradable pods as most homes we've rented in the past all come with pod brewers - - our mistake in assuming.

Location of house was great and generally comfortable but upgrades definitely required to be a 5 and to recommend to others. Water pressure at all fixtures and faucets was dismal and may have contributed to no water for a couple of hours one morning. Staff was great in assessing and communicating about this issue. At least one of the dehumidifiers was inoperable. The tv in the master bedroom did not work and it's screen was smaller than the most newer laptops. The bed in the master BR had some sort of topping cushion that created a valley in the center of the bed that was uncomfortable.For a house of this size we also felt the number of drinking and wine glasses was lacking and more towels should have been provided.

This property has a great location. Main Street is a quick five minute walk, and you can get to the base of the peak and on the lift with a quick 7 minute walk. The property was very well kept in a great neighborhood. The only reason I gave four stars on cleanliness is because the downstairs bathroom had hot water issues but that is something that can be fixed! Overall we loved the property and will definitely be back!

The house was clean and the Rental company was responsive-especially Guest Services. And although the pictures on the website accurately reflect both inside and outside the home there’s more to the story when you begin opening the cupboards. Wine, water, beer glasses were mismatched only 4 of each; dishes, pots and pans give the appearance that they came from garage sales. An overabundance of saucepans and other cookware just filling the cabinets. The owners have left “stuff” so there’s basically very little room for renters to store items in the kitchen. BOTTOM LINE: owners who want to be part of a rental program should be provided a list of items that are required to be new and operational. And then someone from the rental office needs to “inspect” properties routinely to ensure the standards are maintained. The home shows its age and at the price they are renting it at the expectations are much different. We rent units twice a year in Park City and Colorado. We know what we get at what price point. This unit was a disappointment because of the furnishings. It needs modernizing to justify the price. Your cleaning team does a good job. The view and the deck and hot tub are plus points.

This is a second time you stayed at this property. Excellent location well appointed kitchen. Because we cooked every night it was really appreciated. We wouldn't have come back again thinkings excellent place to stay. I do feel however, that the property needs some upkeep. So she's in the bathrooms. Overall great stay creative great property

This house is in a perfect location! It's right next to a walking path that takes you to main street and the Quicksilver lift at the base on the slopes. We parked our rental car in the garage and never had to take it out until we went home. The Breckenridge Brewery and Avalanche ski shop/rentals are especially close. The back deck and hot tub have a nice view of the mountain slopes, and from the master bedroom I woke up every morning to a wonderful sunrise hitting the mountain peaks. The spot is perfect for three couples, and you can squeeze in another one or two individuals in the fold-out couch in the basement. Would definitely rent again if given the opportunity.

The location was great walkable to town or the mtn. Also the shuttle to the mtn was really close. The bathrooms were dated and one of the showers needed to be fixed as soon as we got there. The fireplace remote was not there. So we did not have a fireplace the whole time. The view from the hot tub was great. The beds were comfortable. Could easily have 8-9 guests if beds are shared and couches are used.

We enjoyed our stay and the layout with bedrooms on each level with their own baths worked out great. Short walk to the main street with the trail right out the front door. Hot tub was a hit after skiing. My only suggestions: more glassware in the kitchen and a broom and dustpan for quick cleanups.

The house layout is spacious and spaced-out in a nice way to allow for privacy amongst family members (Master bedroom top floor, two twins on main floor, two twins & sofa bed in the basement). The hot tub with the view is the real gem! We enjoyed time out on the deck watching the stars. The walk to downtown main street is super easy/fast with a handy path just outside the front door. Loved it!
