Lalita Boutique Hotel & Spa Ninh Binh

The reception staff were fantastic, especially Jade who gave me such a warm welcome. All of the reception and door staff were helpful and kind. My room was beautiful, breathtaking and I enjoyed every moment of staying there.

The rooftop bar leaves a little to be desired, there was nowhere to sit as no cushions were out but I did mention this to reception when I left and they were very apologetic. The bar and restaurant area were comfortable and the pools were ok but could have been cleaner.

Lalita Boutique Hotel and Spa is a gorgeous hotel with clean, spacious rooms, well-maintained furniture, good facilities, and all the essential amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable—not too soft and not too firm. One thing I particularly appreciated was the generous storage space, with plenty of room to hang clothes and store belongings, which is often lacking in other hotels. Breakfast was delicious, and although the selection wasn't extensive, the food they offered was very tasty. The staff were also incredibly accommodating, helpful, and friendly, always making an effort to ensure guests felt welcome. The hotel is conveniently located within easy reach of attractions, cafés, restaurants, and shops. Getting around was effortless, as Grab taxis were readily available. The spa facilities were also very nice, and although the massage itself was fairly average, the therapists were warm, kind, and did their best to provide a pleasant experience. Overall, a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms, thoughtful amenities, and lovely staff. A great base for exploring Ninh Binh!

A good rotation on the warm dishes served at breakfast would be great for guests staying more than just a day or two. The hotel pool is on the small side, and could use some upgrading. To update the tv to offer streaming services such as Netflix and other entertainment apps would be a great improvement. This especially during rainy days and lazy days when one would want to stay in bed and recharge. YouTube's selection of movies can be quite limited in Vietnam. Do not expect the restaurant and spa next door to be of service. They have unstable hours and close doors at their pleasure.

Good location to explore everything around Ninh Binh. Reception staff friendly and eager to support.

Room was damp (even the clothes got damp) and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and from outside. Rooftop pool area was not maintained well and there was no possibility to sit next to the water. Spa area is not welcoming and could be modernized.
