the bed is so bad. i literally slept on the floor with my son. the window doesn’t even close. my son was bitten by bed bugs. all that was promised on the pictures is not true. it’s a scam

The view was good from the room.

The mattress was dirty. Capers covered in god knows what and stained. The other room that had a young girl in it was playing music very loud and someone was smoking dope that permeates through the other rooms. The guy in the bedroom next to me constantly had 4/5 friends in his room and using the shared bathroom... the parking was not free and no way of paying for it.

it was large room

we find difficult to enter, lock not very good. room we been given had no key, so lucky there was another empty room and we went into that room. it was late when we went in, so slept straight away, there was a smell in room. next morning we decide to clean the room. my god, there was less rubbish outside the street. all day we spent to clean the room. send the picture to management and all we got back is, I am really sorry, we will tell the cleaner. but we got charged £50 for cleaner. I was expecting that back, Pluss supposed to have a parking permit. been told working on it to get it. 9 days we stayed and no permit. just one parking ticket I got unfortunately

The communication was incredibly poor as I suspect we wouldn't have had any if I hadn't chased for said information. The door code only worked sometimes so you often had to stand awkwardly pressing the buttons. Perhaps not the fault of the owner but the room was incredibly hot and was borderline uncomfortable. Due to the lack of communication it was unclear if we were supposed to bring our own toilet roll or not,but there was certainly none supplied which wasn't ideal up on arrival. Again just more communication and clarity on what is being offered would help.

Everything was clean and easy to find cooking equipment. Nice area and shops not too far.

Nothing much wrong with the property, just confusing instructions before arrival. Wasn’t given the code to the front door but another code that I didn’t need. caretaker didn’t answer the phone and bells weren’t working. once inside my room was supposed to be top floor instead last minute i was told im on the bottom floor. took almost 20mins just to contact someone to get inside.

We did not like Anything about this place. From the very beginning the apartment was unkempt and flooded, the bath and toilet was broken and damaged our clothes. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. The lady who is supposing care taker was rude and unattended. She will not respond to calls, she had her underwear hanging in hallway displaying near the kitchen. The place is not fit to rent to out. I deserve to have my money refunded. My family holidays ruined because of we feel robbed by by this unhealthy rooms, the children dissatisfied and disappointed too. Very bad place.

Everything about the apartment. The bedroom beds broken so much noise and the bed very old. The rooms dusty and dirty The toilet broken down and it flooded and wet all our clothes, it horrible Caretaker was Rude and unhelpful And the landlord was not listening because he had collected his money Issues with front door almost every single day. Nothing in that place was satisfy. Very unhappy.

It's not the hive properties, it's a private house. Dosnt look like shown in these pics at all Disliked my stay, infact left the property 4 days before. Dint care about not getting refund...and the worst part was they knew it was their fault and dint offer refund when we left early. Not a safe property for girls, at least me and my friend dint feel safe.
