Beautiful comfy cottage, fantastic natural so quiet area and nice people they always smile and ready to help when you need.
They also give us a nice gift when we leave from their beautiful house.
I contacted her asking if we can check in early as we will arrive very early in the morning she was very nice and keep massaging me when we late little bit from our arrival time.
Thank you Rose and your family we enjoyed staying in your property and wish we can come back later ❤️

The hosts Roos og Eric went out of their way to give us that "little" extra in more than one way and it really made everything even better. They're really good hosts who want to make your stay the best. We can only recommend to stay with them and would love to come back.
Please don't cheat your self from day in their whisper sloop - we had a great day!
Be aware that not all people are fond of dogs so please don't bring your dog before you know if it is fine. Our daugther do not like dogs so it was a bit overwhelming that your dog entered the house with us. However as soon as Roos found out about this she hold the dog to go.

We have had a wonderful stay at Gieters Geluk. The house is beautifully arranged, cozy and clean. It is ideally located, you have direct access to the canals and many restaurants nearby. Last but not least, Roos is an amazing host, she is very welcoming and helpful !

We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids and had a lovely time at this beautiful house in Giethoorn. It is a 10 minute walk to the centre, and to the grocery store, with restaurants nearby (when things are open). The house is beautifully decorated, very cosy and fully equipped. The hosts were lovely, and We were even left bottles of wine and other drinks in the fridge, and freshly laid eggs! Our kids were very busy with the hens, the dog and cats! We would return here without hesitation!

Use fewer ferns and barn decor to make it less cluttered. But some may enjoy it :)) upstairs was perfect

Simply perfect!! Lovely house and super friendly owners. We loved everything! Giethoorn is wonderful and magical, specially now with no crowds! We had a blast

Breakfast was not served. This is not a hotel, but a nice comfortable and spacy cottage 3 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms. Everything was clean and the host was perfect. so was the wifi (included in the price of the cottage) It is possible to rent a boat at the premisses to travel the Giethoorn canals and lakes. From the back of the house you can enter a foot /bike path that takes you to the center of Giethoorn (10-15 min walk) walking over numerous bridges while the boats float next or under you
