The property was beautiful and clean with plenty of space to spread out. The location was good with a trolley stop very close but keep in mind the trolley does not run late and parking down town is not easy. Thankfully an Uber was cheap. Walking down Magnolia Ave was stunning. Would definitely return.

We stayed for our son’s wedding weekend. It was a great location and great property. We shared with friends and family and we all had a great time . The house is so user friendly to gather and enjoy time together. Would recommend and would stay there again. It was during the night of lights which is alway amazing.

The house was really lovely. Decorated so cute, lots of little touches and everything you need. We did have a hard time unlocking the door but you have to pull it towards you while putting in the code so that was probably user error. The master bedroom closet is behind the door, so when you open the door to the master bedroom, you won’t see it until you close the door behind you. We didn’t see it at first but eventually figured it out, we needed the pack in play that was in there. Other than that we had a great time. The house is located very close to downtown St. Augustine, just down the street from the Fountain of Youth, which you could walk to and a Dunkin Donuts at the other end of the street. I would definitely stay here again!

This house was really nice. It was within walking distance of the fountain of youth and the old jail. We walked to St. George Street from there but it was a little bit of a hike (which we didn’t mind).
Things to consider - the bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are a little steep.
Also, the driveway is pretty small. But we made it work.
The master bathroom was nice with a double shower.
The other bedrooms were nice, we only used 1 extra. There was the master bath upstairs as well as another full bathroom. Downstairs there’s a half bath.
Outside the back yard there’s a nice sitting area.
Overall it was a nice place. Great kitchen.

We spent Christmas here with our 3 kids and were so happy with our stay. The house is generously stocked, adorable, clean, spacious and in a perfect neighborhood just outside of the crowd. Highly recommend!

My wife, along with my brother and sister and their spouses all stayed at the house. It was the perfect location and the amenities made all the more enjoyable. Parking was a little tight, but all three of our small rental cars were able to be parked on the premises.

This house worked out very well for our group of five women for our annual October travels. Nice that we each had our own beds. House was very clean, nicely decorated and everything worked as it should. Owner responded to our questions in a timely manner. We're happy to have stayed there.

Great location close to downtown old St Augustine and equally distant from the beaches. Many things to do nearby and even very close walking distance to the Fountain of Youth. It’s a great stay and I recommend it to all!

Our family enjoyed catching up in this comfortable space. The location was perfect for all the plans we had, from meandering downtown to hitting the beaches! Would definitely stay there again!

This house is perfect for 6-8 people. It’s modern but comfortable, with large open living space and nice, clean bedrooms. It’s in a wonderful location; less than a mile to Vilano Beach and two blocks to the Fountain of Youth. Our kids loved the area and enjoyed riding bikes around the neighborhood. Also, the owner was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was larger than expected and well maintained. The street was very quiet and walking distance to many amenities and restaurants. It was also close to trolley stops and the ticket sales. The home functioned well for our family.

We had a wonderful experience at Magnolia House! The property was spacious, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The location was excellent for sightseeing and it was an easy walk to the Fountain of Youth as well as to catch a ride on the Trolley Tour. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio which was quiet and private. Would definitely stay there again!

Staying at this house was great! It is definitely walkable to the city and located in a normal neighborhood (it is walkable to the beach, but only if you want to climb a *large* bridge). Everything was exactly as the pictures had shown and all was very clean. The host was quickly communicative and, if we had any problems, I know would have been quite helpful. It was perfect for my friends and I to stay here for the week!!

We had eight ladies stay very comfortably two nights. No one ever felt cramped or on top of each other. Three bathrooms helped. We took Ubers to downtown and it was always about $9.00. The house was stocked with extra trash bags and TP, and kitchen was well equipped.

We had a group of friends staying at this property for a wedding and it was absolutely perfect. The house itself is beautiful and it was close enough that you can walk to the historic downtown area in about 20 min. Perfect large, open concept downstairs area and large rooms upstairs with comfortable beds.

We had a great stay (6 adults) at the E San Carlos VRBO. The house was everything that was advertised and was located within walking distance to Historic Old St Augustine. We’d highly recommend this property to anyone

Overall the place was nice but had some issues (toilets didn't flush well, door knobs falling off, the backyard was just gravel and overgrown weeds, beds weren't very comfortable, etc.) and there were a few things that were very misleading especially the parking as it is listed as 4 parking spots, 2 of which the property manager confirmed were the side alley which would require a vehicle that can jump a full curb and the driveway spot is small & could only fit our mini-van if parked on a 45-degree angle. as the street is extremely narrow and the driveway is very slanted But the biggest issue was the property manager's communication or lack thereof. I had to contact her the day before to make sure everything was set, when we checked in & realized the parking situation she responded once, I immediately responded & didn't respond for almost 24 hours,, 2 other times I messaged her about things like the toilet issues and didn't get responses for hours.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Magnolia House! The house was very spacious for our big group. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and absolutely loved the neighborhood. The location was great as it was very close to both Vilano Beach and the downtown area of St. Augustine. We would definitely book this home again.

Amazing VRBO. Property manager was very active and quick to respond to any questions. House was beautiful, clean, and close to all things/activities that we went to so driving was easy around town. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home with very nice master suite. Everything yiu need and more. 4 minute drive to beach, 5 minute drive to Old Town and walkable to multiple activities, including the Fountain of Youth. Great communication with owners. Loved our stay here.

A clean and well appointed property. Very close to a lot of things to do. Be careful of the parking situation. Street is too narrow for a k-turn. to park on the side of the house you have to drive over a curb.
