The location was great and the parking spot for our rental was right across the street which was super convenient. Everyone was super nice that we met in the building, laundry was practically right next to the apartment, and the best part was that there were two actual separate bedrooms. It was very comfortable for our family of 5.

Great value! Free parking and secure property that requires a key to access building, parking, elevators, and the apartment. We are a family of 5 (3 adults and two grade school kids) - the space was good for us and apartment was very functional. This an older builder kept in good condition and the apartment itself is well maintained.
Host is thoughtful in providing Extra beach towels, coffee grinds, coffee filter, tea, sugar, some cooking spices, toiletries, first aid kit, waterproof pouches for cell phone. There was even a rice cooker and extra charging block/cable for iphone! Also provided sunscreen, boogie board and sand toys! Super convenient location! There’s a laundry room near the apartment (on same floor) and laundry detergent is included in the apartment!!!
As expected and mentioned in the booking description, the location is on a busy street corner with lots of traffic noise. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. However, the location is close to 7-eleven, and other food options. Lots of foot traffic. We didn’t walk to the beach, but the map shows it’s a 15 min walk. Walking distance to main touristy area of Waikiki shopping.

We pretty much liked everything. Except the lock on the bedroom door. It’s possible to get locked out of the bedroom when no one is in there.

The flat is well equiped and spacious
The "jalousie" windows, that do not close properly so it's like having the windows open all the time. Because the streets are very noisy it's impossible to sleep even with ear plugs. No luck with the bedroom at the back either, despite not facing the road, it is also very noisy because of the awful sound made by an engine next door, probably for the air conditioning system of the opposite building, 24/7.

The location was a close walk to the canal trail & Waikiki Beach.
SO LOUD!!!! The hurricane windows would not close, there were huge gaps which allowed the street noise in to the main bedroom & living room. We felt like we were sleeping on the sidewalk. We tried to drown out the noise with the AC, fans, and TV, but nothing worked. It was 3 miserable nights of no sleep. NEVER again!!!! Not to mention that the city turned the electricity off at 10 pm until 5:20 am the first night we were there so we had no AC. We were not told it was happening other than by a sign on the elevator that said it would be unavailable due to a scheduled electrical outage (never specified throughout the entire building)..

Easy communication with property manager/owner. Our arrival time was early and we were allowed to check in earlier than expected. Easy access to beaches, shopping and restaurants.
The building was run down, and the master bedroom was next to the really busy street so it was really loud when sleeping.

The apartment was spacious for 4 people.
Overpriced and disappointing. The location is sketchy and very noisy since it's so close to a busy intersection. Old building with a very slow elevator.
The entire apartment needs a deep clean, especially the drawers (don't use or look inside - gross), sticky shelves in the closet, couch crumbs, floors, carpet, baseboards etc. Used dirty sponge and dish brushes were provided. The carpet is stained, filthy and should be replaced. It says it can accommodate 6 but the bed in the living room is a blow up mattress, not a pull out sofa.

The property had a wonderful supply of amenities for the beach like towels,beach toys,chairs. property was also in a very good location.
Master bedroom was very close to the street, and with the louvered windows, you could hear the traffic and people talking as if they were in the same room.

I liked the location being close to the beach and shopping. It was easy to find, and the people were friendly and helpful.
I would definitely stay here again.
There were moments when we could smell cigarette smoke through the vent. The smell seemed to be coming from another apartment.

Quite noisy with constant traffic. The place could also be cleaner.

The price is reasonable knowing that parking and accomodation are included. The location is perfect for those who wants to stay in Waikiki. It is walking distance from Hilton Hotel and 10 to 15mins walk or 5mins drive to main Waikiki. We enjoyed the place especially our family wants to cook breakfast and prepare food for our roadtrip for the whole day itinerary. It has two bedrooms and can accommodate 6 to 7 people. It is also clean when we check in and kitchen tools are available even the beach stuff for adults and kids. Loan, the owner, kept us posted and provided detailed check in information and allowed us to check in early. We are so happy and contented to choose this place for our wonderful family vacation in Oahu. Everything went smoothly.
The building is old. Elevator can only accommodate 5people I think if you have a lot of stuff but we were able to squeeze in even with a stroller. Parking needs a lot of walking as it is located in the next building across the street. Our driver would drop us off first and park or get the car and drive few streets to pick us up in front of the building. We only stay for 4nights so all of these does not matter to be honest.

Good location that is near to Waikiki. We were able to walk around to explore the area. The condo is spacious for 6 of us and very clean. Kitchen is fully equipped. There’re also beach toys and towels, coffee, tea, etc.
The apartment is quite loud at night.

There were lots of things to love about the property. The communication and easy instructions for contactless arrival with the owner/property manager was great. The property is in an amazing location and easy to walk to everything and the beach was a 15 min stroll. The condo was spacious for the 6 of us. The condo was clean and provided us with towels, sand toys, boogie boards, chairs and more. The kitchen provided all the cookware needed if you decided to stay in and have a meal. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo is nice and there's plenty of room if you have a lot of kids or a larger group. I would say it can easily sleep 7. If you have a baby 8 because they have a pack n play crib.
The top thing I didn't like was the back sliding door didn't lock and it opens very easily. Every time we were there we had to watch our 22 month old like a hawk because he would constantly try to sneak out. It's on the fifth floor and he could fit easily between the bars of the balcony. So it was stressful. Admittedly if I'd known ahead of time I wouldn't have stayed here. Hopefully they get it fixed. If you don't have small children it's not a problem then. Also I wasn't crazy about the location because at least twice a night sirens would go up and down the street waking me up. Maybe get earplugs?

it was old and needs to be remolded. Needs a deep cleaning throughout. don’t know if there was any cleaning because the bathroom rug was dirty, shower curtain was disgusting, carpet was dirty, dishes were not cleaned, no full dish set, utensils were dirty, property has roach problem, the ventilation was not good because the neighbors were smoking and we can smell it
