We had a great time at the cabin. This is a beautiful spot right on the river yet minutes from the highway. Easily accessible to everything. Almost afraid to share lol!!!
6 adults and 4 children and plenty of room for everyone. It was clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. (Except for a can opener which we left for future visits lol)

Beautiful home - location is very convenient to all local attractions & many of our favorite restaurants. Plenty to do if you don't want to leave the house and having the river right out your back door was a lot of fun!

Great location the river was nice but all the rain made it difficult for the kids the yard was big and plenty of room to play yard games fire pit was nice at night had plenty of wood had a great time

A cabin gem! Close to all the great White Mountain spots, and the leaf peeping on the river was breathtaking. The house is a classic log cabin with all the comforts. Didn't get a chance to use the huge fireplace or outside firepit but could tell they were a nice added amenity. Thanks for opening up your home to us!

Our family (including all age ranges from infant, teen to adult) had an amazing stay on the pemi river! The location of the cabin was perfect, only a short drive to so many attractions - this allowed us the explore the area in the mornings and spend the afternoon lounging down at the river. The house itself is exactly as pictured; spacious, very clean and organized. We spent a ton of time just taking in the views from the giant back deck. Diane was very responsive with any questions we had. I would absolutely recommend this house to my family and friends and hope to return again someday. Thank you again for an amazing vacation!

This comfortable cabin was the perfect spot for a family vacation. There was plenty of rooms and sleeping options to accommodate two families and a grandparent. Access to the river was convenient and easy for all age groups to traverse. The water was clear and perfect. The backyard was huge and well maintained--perfect for frisbee and yard games. The fire pit was awesome.

We loved staying at the cabin! It was equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals and relaxing in comfort. The location was perfect for our day excursions to Santa’s Village, Storyland, the Flume and swimming in Mirror Lake which was a gem we found close by. The guys golfed and the kids mini golfed there was something for everyone. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful log cabin on the beautiful Pemi.

We rented this place for a week getaway to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. There were 6 adults, 4 kids (4-8), and 1 infant with plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean with lots of amenities included. Diane was extremely accessible and even stopped by to drop off extra bedsheets. Our kids has so much fun playing in the yard and the river. It was also close enough to do a few day trips, Whale Tail water Park, polar caves, Lincoln. Overall, I highly recommend!

The River House
A great house for a family of 6 adults and 4 children, ages 10 to 6 years, in a beautiful location. All had a wonderful and relaxing time together. Hiking in the Franconia Notch, visiting the Flume Gorge, Clarks Bears for the younger crowd and Loon Mountain for the adventuresome, plus kayaking down the Pemigewasset River. Definitely, something for everyone. Many thanks Tom and Diane.

Great place!
The house was great for our extended family vacation. The river was a lot of fun. Definitely bring water shoes to enjoy the river without fear of losing shoes. The kids had a blast with the ping pong and foosball table. The owners were really attentive when we had questions.

Wonderful log home in a beautiful, private setting
We went with our adult children and their significant others and had a great time. The house is beautiful with stunning views of the Pemi River. We spent the week playing games, making meals, and eating out at nearby restaurants...We went tubing (with great advice from the owners on where to start) and had a fire in the massive fire pit every night. Close to many attractions.

Perfect getaway during these tough times
Thank you so much to Tom and Diane. We had an amazing time and wish we could have stayed longer. Their home is beautiful. From the relaxing scenery outside being right by the river, to the cozy fireplace inside, This vacation could not have been better. Their house felt like home to us as soon as we arrived. Perfect location for privacy, but also great restaurants and activities nearby. Thank you Also for the great dinner recommendations in your welcome book. The Italian Farmhouse was awesome! This is a lovely cabin and setting and our family had a fantastic time! The cabin is very inviting, well appointed and cozy. The photos are very accurate. It has a huge fireplace which we used every day. When we were running out of wood and I contacted the owners, they had more wood delivered right away. The location is close to great hiking and rock climbing, as well as groceries and other necessities. And the fall leaves were gorgeous!

So Fun!
House had plenty of room to accommodate four adults and five kids (ages 10-15.) Being right on the river occupied everyone! The fire pit is huge as is the lawn. The location is beyond convenient. There’s so much to do w/ minimal driving. It was nice to zip out to do an activity and have ample time to enjoy the house and river. Highly recommend!

Fantastic property
This was a beautiful and well maintained property!! It was so peaceful and relaxing! We enjoyed our evenings by the outdoor fire pit and our days by the river. We hiked around Flume Gorge ( about a 20 min drive ) and took in all the beautiful scenery. Kitchen had everything you could have needed and the beds were cozy! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

An oasis of calming and relaxing river views, nature, and paradise!
Upon arrival, you will be immediately in awe of this beautiful, large, clean, property with spectacular views of mountains, the river on the property's edge and the spectacular trees and Adirondack like lodge home! The cleanliness and well-appointed home were highlights for us! The log cabin style house is warm and inviting. All the rooms were spotless, this was an important factor for me and I was not disappointed in the previous reviews and cleanliness ratings. The beds were comfortable as well as the furnishings. This is a return rental for sure. The area is convenient, yet you would think you were miles away from anyone or anything. The best possible situation of being by the river, near the mountains and woods, yet the neighboring properties were a comfort to have around. The hosts were very good to work with and quick responding to questions during the reservation process. Diane and Tom are great property owners and we enjoyed their warm welcome sign for our family, and many more details! Thank you very much for a well needed vacation/retreat away!
