Diese Villa für Familien ist nicht weit von Möglichkeiten zum Skifahren und von Möglichkeiten zum Windsurfen entfernt. Avon Heath Country Park ist nur 6 Gehminuten entfernt, sodass du dein Auto auch mal an der Unterkunft abstellen kannst, die praktische überdachte Parkplätze auf dem Gelände bietet. Oder aber du setzt dich ans Steuer und
fährst die 5 Minuten zu dieser Sehenswürdigkeit: Moors Valley Country Park.

Nach deiner Rückkehr in diese Villa mit 300 Quadratmetern kannst du am beheizten Pool ausspannen oder im Whirlpool etwas trinken. Auch den Garten und die Terrasse oder den Patio wirst du sicherlich mögen. Wenn du genug Frischluft getankt hast, probier es doch einmal mit Tischfußball und Tischtennis. Und wenn du darauf keine Lust hast, gibt es dank WLAN-Internetzugang (kostenlos), Fernseher und Poolbillardtisch noch eine Menge Möglichkeiten, wie du deine freie Zeit ausgiebig genießen kannst.

Zu den Vorzügen dieses Feriendomizils gehören 7 Schlafzimmer, 5 Badezimmer, ein Sofabett, ein Grill, ein Kamin und ein Schreibtisch. Zur Ausstattung des Badezimmers gehören ein Haartrockner, Handtücher und Toilettenpapier. Einer selbstgekochten Mahlzeit steht in der Küche nichts im Weg – sie bietet einen Ofen, eine Herdplatte und einen Kühlschrank sowie eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Wasserkocher und einen Eiswürfelbereiter. Und du kannst sogar mit weniger Kleidung anreisen, da es vor Ort eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner gibt.

We had an excellent stay at Avon view, 18 of us 10 adults and 8 kids. The house is very spacious and so many different activities to do the kids were on the go every day! The tennis court, swimming pool and snooker table was a hit with everyone. The outside dining area with barbecue and open fire was used every night and was brilliant. All in all we had a great 3 nights at the house and would defo recommend! Thanks to Timo and Alena they were always on hand if we needed them.

We had a fantastic stay at this property with a group of 14 adults. The house was very well equipped, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and socialise comfortably. The games room and hot tub were particular highlights.Great comms from the host but a special mention must go to Temo, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and went above and beyond whenever we had any questions or needed assistance.The only slight downside for us was that the tennis court wasn't quite in the condition we had hoped for. The fence could be higher at the service ends (we lost a lot of balls!) and tree roots are starting to lift the court in a couple of places. Not a major issue and we still played loads of tennis. It is also close to the dual carriageway so there is road noise and not ideal for walks from the house. But only a short drive to the beautiful New Forest.In summary we would happily return and would certainly recommend it to others looking for a spacious and well-equipped getaway.

Had an amazing time celebrating my birthday, with 18 people ranging from 5-82 it was important there was enough space and activities and it didn’t disappoint, we barely saw the kids for 3 days but they didn’t stop all day, crashed overnight then started again the next morning. Happy kids equal happy adults so was a perfect break!

Our family of 9 stayed at Avon View for 3 nights. We where in communication with Timo the home owner 3 days before our arrival and his communication was very thorough. He sent us all the relevtn information we requested and pinned locations for us to find our destination easier. Timo was waiting when we arrived and was very welcoming. We had a few minor issues which we sorted out within minutes. The house was warm and welcoming and very clean. The games room was a great bonus which the children and adults enjoyed. There is a little walk to the view point which is beautiful. Timo gave us information on what to do around the area which was very helpful too. All in all it was very pleasant stay.
