Location is absolutely lovely, we did not need shoes to get to the beach! Neighbourhood friendly. Host very helpful, two bedrooms decorated for kids. Wifi working good. We recommend for family budget friendly holiday! 🥳

I didn't like when the boiler turned off and probably I should read the instruction which was provided to get hot water back, so my fault. But it was our last day so we just carried on.

Had free WiFi, nice smart TV so you could watch netflix on a night in, good layout, warm, comfortable, majority clean and tidy, bathroom was good enough for a 6ft Bigger guy, on site cafe was great seemed nice and not bad pricing for on your doorstep. Relatively quiet area caravans tucked away from the main road and amusements so not noisy. Caravan had everything we needed for cooking and had some basics in already although I wouldn't expect them ( some tea bags, salt & pepper,, hand soap, a loo roll bathmat ) they could have been from previous guests. Boiler worked great, just have to give it a moment to kick in. Overall, a great stay and would go back for the price we paid

Some transparency, we had a few issues with the cleaning, the owners were very nice and they explained that the regular cleaner wasn't available. However the stand in cleaner hadn't done a great job. The bedrooms didn't seem to have been hoovered, they had left the mop bucket in the kitchen with dirty water in. BUT the kitchen, bathroom and toilet had been cleaned and tidied. Some things to note, the sofa bed in the livingroom has rust and stains all over it, so I'd recommend your own mattress protector if you're planning on using it. The Knob on the fireplace is missing, so makes it very hard to turn ( I'd use a butter knife in the end of it ). And the front right hob would not stay lit. Other than this, this is a lovely caravan and it's a shame previous guests have disrespected it causing problems for the owners, none of these affected our stay but just worth keeping in mind

Location to the beach and fantast island was perfect

No entertainment on site and could done with hoover for the living room.

I did like that it was close to the beach and a lovely walk to the amenities.

This caravan is dirty, stained pillows, stains on seating in lounge, broken blinds, filthy fridge, freezer and cooker, no bin lid, food spillage behind dining table, vent above the cooker was hanging in dust, a hole in lounge area ceiling. This caravan is in need of a serious upgrade, and not fit for purpose as it is. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

How close it was to the beach

A lot of things were broke and not clean couldn't sleep in pull out bed as it was broken the bedding smelt really bad and had blood spots on there was dirty underwear in the cupboard in the room the vents wear really dusty and the fire was hanging of the wall in the room the caravan was definitely not worth £464 and the fact i contacted a few times regarding the issues and haven't had an apology or been offered any money back is a joke

The caravan is very cosy it has WiFi and a smart tv you can use to log in to netflix and youtube Beds are comfortable the caravan was very clean when arriving it had toiletries and complimentary tea sugar and hot chocolate the kitchen had all the essentials needed for cooking and cleaning the whole van was beautiful inside and out and the veranda outside the caravan was lovely to sit on when the suns out relaxing we Booked from the 11th to the 15th and everyday was like heaven feel fully relaxed..Caravan site was quiet and the sun was out are whole stay..The hosts were extremely helpful and very quick at communicating with us on the day of arrival 10/10 will definitely be booking for another break away again in the future with you Thankyou

Position of caravan with regards to sun. Small walk to the beach. Setup of tea coffee etc was a special little touch, that we weren't expecting. Nice little home away from home. Had everything we needed heaters, books dvds and player on top of what we took we weren't bored when it rained.
