A strategic location and peaceful.l, well decorated, cozy, clean, spacious and economic home stay for a trip with family and friends. Good wifi, complete kitchen, complete utensil, water heater in all bathrooms. Ac unit in all rooms. ( not in the living room ). Close to everything that Bertam has to offer. The first thing I must mention is Cikgu Hassan is nice, patient and friendly owner. He helped us a lot, gave us a good instructions and responded fast with any inquiries. I have no complaints with the facilities except for the lack of suitable comforters. The one provided were too small for us. Anyway, overall is excellent. An awesome homestay! We will come back again.

1) no extra toto, pillow.. 2) no air cond at living room 3) shower cap not function well.. 4) 2nd bathroom can't lock from inside because door lock type is unlock type for both side.

The homestay is located near the city center. It is very convenient for food delivery. The homestay is in a clean condition and very comfortable. All the facilities provided were in line with my expectations. A great applause for the owner who is very friendly and offer a great help during the stay.
