We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! The pool and hot tub were great and we loved fishing and paddle boarding on the canal. The home theater was awesome and we enjoyed many pool tournaments in the evening! Michael and John were so responsive when we had questions and were top notch hosts. I highly recommend this house for a great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay in this large home with a beautiful outdoor area including saltwater pool and spa. All bedrooms except the room with a king and queen had en suite bathrooms and the additional 3 half baths made the house fit our family well. There are a few maintenance and deep cleaning items that could/should be addressed (ice maker and freezer ice maker not working, lights out, sinks needing to be unclogged), but overall the owner/property manager were quick to respond to our requests and easy to work with. They even brought us a honey baked ham for the holidays. Overall, we enjoyed this property and the location and we're looking forward to renting again.

This is such a great property to entertain the whole family. It’s HUGE! The views from the patio around the pool, over the waterway and everything else are great. The owner is easy to communicate with and available for any questions. We had a great time.

We really enjoyed our stay and it accommodated our large family well. We had everything we needed, paper towels, tp, laundry and dish soap, pans, dishes, etc. The theater and pool table were great!
We had a 360 degree view of the 4th of July fireworks, which lasted an entire hour. Honestly the best we've ever seen.
We loved the pool but it really needed a good cleaning.
We were a bit surprised mid way through the week when a random guy showed up in the back and went straight into the bathroom by the pool. After investigation, we realized that he was the pool guy. We asked him if he would mind vacuuming it out (wasn't clean when we arrived), but he refused because there was a looming storm on the way.
Suggestions:
- Replace the stained towels and sheets.
- Clean out the entire refrigerator after each renter leaves, i.e., condiments from the fridge door.
- Put new/unused soaps/shampoos in the bathrooms.
- Empty the junk from the drawers in the bedrooms.
- Since both closets in the primary1st floor bedroom are locked for the owners, a rack would be helpful to hang up clothes.
- Provide a list of recommended restaurants and shops nearby.

This house is gorgeous! We took 6 couples. Plenty of room. Note: the bedroom with the king and queen bed does not have a closet or bathroom. There is a half bath down the hall they used, but had to use a shower in someone else's room. Also both master closets were locked so we had no where to hang our clothes. Other than those 2 things the house was perfect. Also I did not realize how far it was from Sanibel Island. It took us an hour to get there with a 300 Horse Power boat. Just thought future renters might want to know that.

Perfect for our family of 9 adults, a toddler, and an infant. We prepared several meals at the house and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and had plenty of room for all of us to sit and talk inside. It was a great vacation spot!

I stayed at this property with my whole family , and another family had a great time. Pool and spa was awesome Michael was very responsive to all my questions and needs. Will be back soon allthough i worked 😥 FAMILY enjoyed their time all day and I enjoyed the evenings. Great time🎉🎊

This house is spacious and architecturally beautiful. 8 adults and 5 kids fit perfectly. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need. The upstairs game room is perfect for watching sports and entertaining. The pool is gorgeous.
The only reason I did not give this home 5 stars is because when we arrived with our boat, the electric and water hook ups were not in working order. We specifically asked about this before we arrived and were told they were. To the home owner’s credit, he sent an electrician right out, but it did take him the better part of an afternoon to get the electric working and they ended up having to run a hose from the pool area for the water. This will need to be repaired for the future.
The only other suggestions for improvement would be for more detailed instructions on how to heat up the jacuzzi- it took us two days to figure that out, and how to work the iPad that controls the upstairs theater room.
The location is great- we took the boat out and had access to Ft. Myers’s beach, Estero beach, Sanibel, etc. Cape Coral has a few close tiki bars & restaurants to dock and enjoy.

My siblings and I rented this property with our spouses and children -14 people total. We had plenty of space, more than enough bedrooms and restrooms for everyone and the property was located about 25 min from everything (airport, boating excursions, spa, go karts). The kids loved having both the pool and jacuzzi in their backyard. Working them and managing the water was a bit tricky, and there were a couple of loose pavers on the edge of the pool that will be dangerous if not fixed, but John responded quickly and had someone come out to take a look and secure the area for us as soon as I texted him about it.
We loved that there were plenty of towels and supplies already in the house. Multiple small refrigerators were also very convenient for having snacks for the kids nearby. And the control system that operated the huge TV and the speakers throughout the house worked great.
All in all, the kids loved “the mansion.” We would definitely stay here again if ever back in scape Coral.

The kitchen was big enough for 3-4 people at a time. The pool was the biggest hit, especially for the kids. We were not familiar with the control pads, so we experimented until we figured it out. The beds and bedrooms accommodated everyone with lots of space and privacy. Good offstreet parking.

We were a party of 12 and everyone fit very comfortably and the beds are very comfortable too. The house is very well stocked for all your needs. It's a chef's dream because they have every cooking supply you can imagine. The outdoor area is amazing and the outdoor bathroom is a huge plus. The sunset is beautiful and seeing the dolphins swimming by really makes this home superb. The homeowners are extremely attentive, easy to contact, and very nice people. We hired a chef that they recommended, the food was delicious, and we were able to set up for dinner for 12 on the back patio area. We really enjoyed the evening and all the time spent at this house. Thank you for a wonderful weekend away!!!!

We were a party of 12 and everyone fit very comfortably and the beds are very comfortable too. The house is very well stocked for all your needs. It's a chef's dream because they have every cooking supply you can imagine. The outdoor area is amazing and the outdoor bathroom is a huge plus. The sunset is beautiful and seeing the dolphins swimming by really makes this home superb. The homeowners are extremely attentive, easy to contact, and very nice people. We hired a chef that they recommended, the food was delicious, and we were able to set up for dinner for 12 on the back patio area. We really enjoyed the evening and all the time spent at this house. Multiple family vacation and accommodations offered great central space and privacy as well. Central location for day excursions. Perfect for just a lazy day at the pool as well.

All beds are comfortable and have their own bathrooms fully stocked with towels and essentials, walk in closets. Game room with huge screen TV, pool table and wet bar. The heated pool/ hot tub lanai area is amazing with beautiful views and plenty of seating for a large group, grill, fireplace, mini frig, pool toys and bathroom. Home is close and convenient to many restaurants, bars and shopping. Michael was an excellent host with great communication before and during our stay. Wow,what a wonderful home! The home was absolutely everything we’d hoped for, and more. The property was exactly as advertised! It was beautifully designed and decorated, clean, and spacious enough for 12 people to visit, play, and eat together, and to have their privacy, too. Highly recommend this house.

THE BEST!
I don't need to repeat all of the raves of the prior reviews but I echo their sentiments. We were here for almost 2 weeks and the home is very, very comfortable. For me, its the best Vrbo I've stayed in bc it is fully supplied with the basic staples you need in life to be comfortable. It has all the cutlery, small appliances, spices, cleaning products, towels and all the stuff you need. The owners, John & Mike are responsive and are genuinely concerned with the house meeting expectations. We had issues with the pool heater (broke, was fixed quick), TV projector, etc and they were addressed as well as they could be. The house is spacious and everyone has their own space to hang out. From the pics I wasn't able to see that the pool/theatre room is upstairs - which was great. If you stay here, you won't be disappointed-it's awesome!

The location is perfect for renting a boat with its canal frontage that is around the corner from the river. Overall and perfect place for the 10 of us, lots of room.

Perfect home to spend a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday with our extended family. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Relaxing hot tub and pool. Very attentive owner/property manager. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat if our future plans take us back to the area.
