Location was perfect
I didn’t like that I could hear the noise from outside and I didn’t like the coffee.

Location is super central. Wellness area is pretty spacious. Nice view from the room.
Breakfasts could be more various. Wellness area opens only from 14 o’clock. Hotel looks more renovated at the pictures.

The hotel has a great location in the heart of Zakopane. The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast was average, and paid parking was conveniently available next to the hotel. We also appreciated the staff’s flexibility in extending our check-out time by two hours, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was not working properly in our bedroom throughout our stay. On our last morning, we also experienced an unpleasant cigarette smoke smell in the room, which affected our comfort. Additionally, the room had no air conditioning, and we had to use a fan on the first night because it was warm. Considering the price paid for our three-night stay, we expected a more comfortable experience.
