Perfect location!

Lovely villa. Would be even better with some updated beds and sofa that needed replacing, otherwise perfect.

Thanasis the host was spectacular, he really went above and beyond to help us. Our rental car (Thrifty, purchased through Priceline) got screwed up, there was no car for us and the Thrifty people made it clear they couldn't care less. Thanasis, in contrast, helped us find a taxi got us to the house, met us there, helped me find a local rental (Rainbow Rentals, great value, wonderful people).

The house was a little worn (chipped tiles, rust spots and the like) but Thanasis should be renovating in early 2022. Moreover, you are literally steps away from a little beach with tidepools in lava rock to explore. You're far enough away from the big hotels to have some quiet, but all of Ayia Napa is available for restaurants and bigger beaches if you want. The location is so perfect that even pre-renovation, it was totally worth the price to us. We had a wonderful time.
