Property was clean, had everything we needed and more. Steps away from the ocean.

Our two night stay here was nice. The place is even stocked with a lot of extras like board games, sports equipment, extra towels, some basic food staples in the pantry, etc. Overall a good experience. One thing to add, if you have a bigger vehicle, the parking is extremely tight. I believe they did state this in their rental listing, but I didn’t realize how tight it would be. Not a big deal though

This was our first time in San Diego and we were thrilled with this condo! It was clean, well stocked with anything we could’ve needed including extra linens, beach towels & gear, all sorts of kitchen necessities and the washer/dryer was an added bonus. The location was great, just steps to the beach, a pizza place and several coffee shops. It was an amazing home base for our family trip!! Additional note: We had read about the downstairs neighbor being particular but never met her on our trip. However, she did have her own party one night with several rowdy kids and adults. It didn’t bother us as we had our own kids with us, but it was a bit funny that we had this experience.

We booked this property for my husband's birthday celebration; this condo was nothing less than perfect! It was beautiful, clean and fully stocked with things that were needed. The owner responded quickly with any questions. I had a great time! :)

This was one of my favorite vacation rentals. It was easily the most stocked property I’ve ever stayed at with everything you could possibly need from linens to kitchen/pantry items to cleaning/toiletry supplies. The accuracy of the listing and extensive instructions for things made everything a breeze. The parking space fit my Expedition, everything was clean and upgraded, and it was spacious and comfortable for us. As others have said in reviews, the downstairs neighbor is a real pain and the mattresses were quite subpar, but neither ruined the trip. My only other negative was the airplane noise. It was excessive at times unfortunately. It started at 630 am every morning with a plane every 5 minutes, literally, and didn’t stop for the day until almost midnight. That being said I would still stay there again. The beach is just steps away, Belmont only a few min walk, and a market/coffee shop/restaurants also only a few min walk away. The host was very nice about a maintenance issue and we appreciate the hospitality!

We had a great stay but unfortunately had to end our trip a day short due to the hurricane and flight cancellations. Would stay here again

Had the best time. Wish could have stayed longer. Host was Very attentive to any question I had. Everything you could need for a beach day is available! Walking distance to EVERYTHING! So much to do in the Area, Belmont park, beach, restaurants, bars, and bay.

The property is nicely updated and the kitchen is completely stocked for cooking! The grill and balcony were nice too. Working with the property manager was awesome- he was very accommodating when we asked about the possibility of an early check in. The space was great for my family of 2 adults, 3 teens. The location was very convenient to the beach- maybe a 4 minute walk and you’re on the sand! Beach chairs, towels, and toys were a huge plus too. Location seemed to be pretty convenient to everywhere we wanted to go in San Diego. The only downside was that planes fly overhead starting early (630ish) and with single pane windows they are quite loud. Beds were also pretty worn in and creaky, but the pros definitely outweighed the cons here. Overall a great property!

My family and I had an amazing time in San Diego! The condo is very well located, allowing the teens in my group to easily walk to Belmont Park and the beach. There are tons of restaurants and shops around Mission Beach, though it takes some time to get through Mission Boulevard by car to reach some of them. Parking at the condo was tight, but we managed to squeeze in a minivan and got better at it over time. We were here so the teens could attend Comic-Con. It was a short drive to downtown - very convenient. The condo is also very close to Sea World, which our teens also visited. Generally, this was a wonderful spot for us to use as our home base during our trip. We had no issues with the downstairs neighbors, though we made no attempts to use the patio because there was never a need for us to do so. The balcony provided us with ample seating to enjoy the outdoors, but we were more inclined to walk along the beach instead of sitting at the condo. Inside the condo, there was plenty of space for our group of five to spread out. The two bathrooms were perfect for our group, each having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available. There were plenty of towels and sheets as well. Overall, we had a wonderful time. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect condo for our 4 day 3 night stay. Great location to walk to the beach and Belmont Park. We loved the balcony and how updated everything was inside. Overall a great experience.

We had a great stay. Walking distance to great beaches, the bay and Belmont Park. Everyone- adults, teens and kids enjoyed our visit!

This was a great place to stay. We were 2 moms with 6 high school girls. The location is just south of Belmont so it’s quiet compared to north Mission. You are one block from a couple restaurants and a little market. The rental was clean and extremely well stocked. It also had beach chairs and umbrellas to use. You only have access to the upstairs balcony but it has a good sized table and chairs and was all we needed. The property manager was quick to respond to questions which is a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again!

This condo is beautiful. It’s location is perfect. A few steps to the beach, market and Belmont Park. The owners are great to work with and very responsive. I’ve already reserved it again for next year.

Plenty of room for our family of 6. Very nice, modern kitchen. Easy walk to the beach and Belmont Park. Well stocked storage closet with beach supplies. Only real drawback is the passive aggressive downstairs neighbors.

We had a wonderful stay. So close to the beach and Belmont Park, umbrellas, chairs, beach towels and toys for the kids, which was perfect! Other than the downstairs tenant making comments to us which sometimes felt uncomfortable. It was a good stay.

Absolutely loved it. Very clean and about a 1 min walk to the beach. Beach was great also, clean and not crowded during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was few steps away from the beautiful mission Beach and our entire family had a great time. The host had beach toys, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and even a wagon to haul it. Overall, our family had a memorable stay in the place.

The property was just as described. The host was extremely prompt in replying to questions. I would definitely recommend this condo to guests looking for easy access to the beach. Unlike other properties I have rented, this one had an abundance of cooking and cleaning supplies available. No complaints at all!

If we could of stayed longer we would have. The property exceeded our expectations. Has everything you need and then some. We had no issues with Communication or anything at the property. Figuring out the lights at first was a bit confusing, since it's thru a fan remote but other than that it was amazing stay. We had no contact with the downstairs neighbor but considering we are supposed to be able to walk thru the common area to get to the beach and use the table. They made it very difficult to do either. They had lots of stuff on the table so u were not able to sit and so Many potted plants in your way that you couldn't walk thru, even if you wanted to. Which would of cut major hassle walking to the beach with young kids, older grandmother and all beach items. But considering that was the only issue, I will take it. We didn't want to leave. Felt like a home away from our home!

The property is in a convenient location, and was clean and updated. The best part though, was all the little things that we didn't have to go out and buy, like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. The property owner was very responsive. The only thing is, the patio isn't for your use. The downstairs owner has it stuffed full so that you can barely walk through it. If I were the owner of the condo where we stayed, I'd be really annoyed, but for us, it was really a non issue. We just used the balcony. It didn't really detract from anything.

Like others have said, short enjoyable walk to the beach. Plenty of beach toys, towels, and everything you would want for the beach. The owner was great. Guess we lucked out with the downstairs neighbors out of town while we were there. And we ended up swimming with dolphins right on mission beach. Beds were comfortable, but loud. Still 5/5 stars

It was a great experience! The property was very clean and comfortable. The main photo is misleading in that the patio pictured is not for use by the customer renting this upstairs condo which was disappointing seeing that the outdoor space is one of the main attractions. Also, although advertised otherwise and even detailed in the visitor binder, we were told after arriving that the bicycles were not for visitor use.
