Nice simple apartment in great location.
Elevator was unreliable.

The apartment is large enough for 4 people and the bathroom has also enough room. The kitchen is relatively new and reasonably well equipped. An issue with the stove was very quickly resolved over the phone. Given the central location it was quieter than expected.
The entry to the property is overly dirty and the bathroom is mouldy. We could not see the ‘sophisticated’ as everything was rather basic.

Location is good.
Hot water boiler too small for a party of more than 2; on top of that we did not have hot water the last 2 days (out of 4) as the boiler went 'into protection mode'.
Airco in the living room was not working.
