There are plenty of amenities we used with a brand new pool, hot tub, games, shuffle board and bocce ball. Downtown restaurants, wineries and tin city are all less than a 10 minute drive away. The property management company promptly responded to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is very convenient to Paso Robles. The rental company was super friendly and helpful, also patient with my questions and quick to respond. The home is stunning, with 6 bedrooms and baths. All of the rooms are beautifully decorated, stunning views. All but one room are very large, one downstairs below main level is actually a full apartment with its own family room and kitchen! One room on the main floor is smaller but also very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need, they even had coffee. The outside is stunning with so much room for family to enjoy. They have gas supply for grill and a lovely outdoor fireplace sitting area. Newly finished landscaping is high end. The outdoor patio sitting areas include tables for dining and couch with chairs. I would definitely come back and all of my adult children plan to bring their families back for another visit!

Loved our stay. Very comfortable for our group of 5- each had our own room with privacy but lots of great spaces to hang out together.

We loved that there were a lot of activities to do on the grounds, including a zip line and small trails to walk around. The hot tub was also really nice, although it took a long time to heat up. We had some small issues while there, including a clogged sink and a clogged shower, but the management company responded within hours to each request and sent their team to fix everything. Really satisfied with this day and would come back again.

Kitchen was spacious and fully equipped for all and any type of food preparation. Set up with baths and bedrooms was excellent for guest privacy. The grounds were also set up perfectly for games, grilling and comfy seating to enjoy viewing the surrounding hillsides. I can't say enough for the spectacular views both day and night from this site. You could sit under the covered porch or elevated deck during the day and round the heated fire pit at night under clear star-studded skies. Wonderful all round experience for us all.

Your entire vacation could just be staying at this house and it would be 100% worth it. We were 2 main families/6 sub families with grandparents/adults and kids and the house was the perfect size and accommodations. There’s a complete apartment downstairs which was perfect for those that needed to work remotely. They were able to close the door to the main house and work, eat and relax there. The kitchen was great we had a few chefs staying with us and all sat down for a yummy meal or two in the dining room. Sunsets on the porch, some bocce ball and the kids loved “hiking” down to the other sitting areas around the property. All the rooms are large and no one felt like they had the runt room. Check in and check out is super easy and the management company is very easy and nice to work with. Our only only small feedback was the knives were dull. Their checkout instructions are reasonable as well, great location to wineries and downtown Paso. Will be staying here again soon!

Wow, wow, wow! Graceful Oaks was absolutely perfect for our group of 11 enjoying a Venissimo Cheese Veni Voyage tour of Paso. The rooms were spacious, beds comfy, towels fluffy. So much great space and seating inside and outside. Saw a family of deer every day. Loved the fire pit, bocce ball and hot tub. And the kitchen had everything our gourmet chef needed to create incredible meals. LOVED it!

The photos did not do the property any justice. The house and property was fabulous. There was plenty of room and beds for all 12 of us with room to spare. Everything we needed was onsite including information on the surrounding area, downtown Paso Robles that was only a short drive away, a grill to BBQ, jacuzzi, lots of porch seating, and much more. To top everything off, the welcome with my name showing on the screen was the icing on the cake. We all will definitely be back!

We celebrated grandparents 80th birthday with 3 generations of immediate family. It was hot weekend over 100 degrees. We were happy to spend time together inside with a lot of room to spread. Every room was roomy and nicely furnished, outdoors games and scenery was awesome for morning coffee, leisure walks and evening hangout. Location was superb with easy access to stores, yet private and quiet property. Only thing missing was the bathroom facing the front of the house did not have window covering, we had to cover it temporarily, not big deal. It’s nice to have lots of windows to enjoy the view from every room of the house and the large decks. Definitely recommend it.

Our extended family gathered in Paso Robles for a family wedding that took place at a local vineyard. The house was very accommodating and felt like our home away from home. The location is beautiful and easily accessible. I would highly recommend this location and would choose this location for future return trips in the future

Graceful Oaks is a great property inside and out. It's relatively new and well-kept with plenty of amenities. Our group made great use of the large porches and especially the pavilion and bocce court. Views of the sunset were incredible! Plus it's only a few minutes from town for quick supply runs. Definitely recommended!

House was comfortable and a great layout. Location was awesome and we loved the hot tub. We did have issues with several appliances as they are older and well used. We could not figure out the microwave - it has a dial and needs to cool down for several minutes 🤷🏻‍♀️ Dryer makes very loud rattling sound like change is in the drum. Washer is not clean.. not sure how all sheets and towels are cleaned and sanitized in these small machines. We wanted to dry towels after using the hot tub but didn’t want to endure the noise or further break machine. Last, fire pit does not work going out 2 minutes after started. Called to have it fixed and someone came out next day, but problem persisted. This was disappointing because I called twice before trip and spoke with Dana to make sure outside was in working order House would be perfect if appliances were as nice as house is
