very modern, all new and clean, great host
ground floor, little privacy (was not a problem for me but can be for others), shower is within bath (Greek s´tyle) without separations

The apartments was in a nice location and the parking was easy next to the location. Even if the owner wasn't around when we arrive was easy to get the keys from the security box and enter the apartment, communication with the owner was great! The apartment was huge, clean and quite!
Can't say that we had any plbad experience!

These apartments are just wonderful for individual guests or for the couple. Spacious studio with dining space. The design is super pretty.
A lot of light, a very comfortable bathroom.
Great kitchen with loads of kitchenware. There are a kettle, a microwave, a fridge, everything you may need.
Great for staying in the city, as well as for overnight while traveling!

Spacious, cozy studio! comfortable bed, super clean space. Friendly staff. A lot of power outlets on the walls, I was able to charge my devices and work on my laptop. Good quiet location, 150 meters from good restaurant and street shop for beverages. I’m very happy with my stay in the property.

- the spacious room, properly furnished and equipped;
- good air conditioning.
- the location of the resort, in a cramped and somewhat unkempt neighborhood;
- the whole city is a bit dusty and, in the neighborhoods, quite dirty and dubious;
- lack of parking spaces (cars are left on the sidewalk in front, the inner courtyard being occupied by the owners);
- the location looks, in fact, like a combination of a home of the owners and accommodation spaces;
- the room was on the ground floor, with direct access from the inner courtyard, giving a feeling of lack of privacy;
- the bathroom does not have a separator / shower curtain, so the water effectively spreads throughout the room.

They charged me additional 10 BGN for my dog. Pillows and bed were really uncomfortable.
