Nothing!

Filthy DIRTY and not taken care of at all! The beds were full of sand and one even had pee in the bed. Every single bed in the house was filthy dirty! The upstairs bathroom leaks through the ceiling to the kitchen area downstairs. The freezer door handle is broken and comes off when used. The bathrooms were not cleaned and had hairs from all body parts everywhere. The kitchen sink has horrible pressure and the faucet falls over. This company will not be of much help to anyone with any issues. We have since returned home and they have not even called me from the local office to discuss the what can be done about the issues. I went the night after chemotherapy and did not get any rest while on this miserable getaway.

Great location. Easy to find.

This was a great little house that needed some attention and TLC. 1) The upstairs bathroom leaked to the rooms below. Literally pouring onto the kitchen table which was warped and chipping from water damage. We had to set a large bowl on the table to catch water and not use the upstairs restroom. 2) The restroom next to the kitchen was also receiving water from the upstairs causing black mold on the ceiling and a really interesting light show as they spontaneously flickered. As a homeowner I would be concerned of a fire hazard. 3) the deck was not barefoot friendly. You could tell they only replaced the boards from the door to the stairs so if walking on the deck you must wear shoes. 4) keypad did not work and had to call and wait only to find out their was also a lock box with key that someone had forgotten to send me information about. 5) on day one the water was on for a few minutes then would be off for an hour or two. Then repeat. Made for an interesting first day with trying to cook and have eight people using the restroom. Yes, I did contact the customer support line and let them know what was going on. Was told each time that someone was coming out to work on it. No one ever did and nothing was fixed. Hoping they take care of issues before they have some major damage repairs. Praying no one gets hurt.

The cleanliness of the home. The availabilty of all the supplies. It was 2 minutes to beach. The entire home was so accomidating

The price. Of course! Would like a cheaper stay. Rent was 7 hundredish and so was fees! The fees were a bit odd to me. But did not ruin our trip we loved it and will return!
