We had a wonderful 3-day stay here! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Elke was an incredibly kind and helpful host — when we needed a taxi to the train station, neither Bolt nor Uber was available in this area, but she kindly arranged one for us. She even came over specifically to say goodbye when we checked out, which was really sweet.

The only downside: like most accommodations here, the place doesn’t have air conditioning, and St. Wolfgang wasn’t as cool as we had expected, so it was a bit warm at night when sleeping.

So here's the story. Six of us booked three rooms for two nights (apartment 1, 5, and 6). Me and my girlfriend were the ones in the middle room on the ground floor. The day we checked in, we walk into the bathroom and see a notice stuck on the glass saying don't pour water on the bathroom floor. We thought that was weird right off the bat, 'cause that's not your usual check-in reminder. First night, second night, when we showered, we figured out why. Even with the bathroom door shut tight, the moment you turn on the overhead shower and the one facing the door, the water just goes straight for the door gap. Door closed and all, water starts spilling out in no time. We didn't touch the handheld shower angle at all, we even carefully turned the pressure down, but water still ended up on the floor outside the sink. So we put a towel down against the door gap to soak it up and keep it from running into the living room. And here's the fun part. When we were checking out, this woman and this guy suddenly start yelling at us super rudely, saying we caused "serious damage" to their room. We all went up to check, and yeah, the bathroom floor was wet, still not dry. Even with the towel we put down, there were water marks under the bathroom door. But the living room floor? Bone dry. Water never made it past the bathroom tiles. We tried to talk to these two calmly, but the woman just kept cutting us off, super disrespectful, wouldn't respond at all to our explanation about the shower issue or our friends telling them their rooms had the same problem. She just kept saying "I just want an apology." And the guy? Even more ridiculous. He rudely cut all of us off and goes, "you are stupid, finished." It was the most absurd, laughable conversation. Zero calm communication about the actual problem the whole time. Just these two being one-sided, arrogant, unreasonable, rude, and emotional. In the end, I said sorry.
