A delightful and cosy little house, very conveniently situated for Conwy town centre with its many attractions and of course the castle. The house had everything we needed, and the nearby fish and chip shop lives up to its reputation, definitely worth the queues.
There was only one snag. The mattress in the larger bedroom is lumpy and uneven, and not up to the standard of comfort in the house generally. Others have commented previously on this drawback and it's a great pity that this has not been addressed.

Cottage was perfectly located for visiting family who live over the road! Clean, comfortable and cosy. Parking wasn't an issue for us, there was always space available but there is a free car park really close by as well. Will definitely consider coming back due to proximity to family. Excellent cottage for the price.
Nothing to dislike, although being picky the frying pans could do with replacing! It is also worth noting that the walk into Conwy is around 15-20 minutes depending on how fast you go... Not an issue at all for us but good to know for those who might want to be closer to the town.

The location of this property is very good. There is a fish & chip shop and a convenience store within a couple of minutes walk and it's only a 15 minute walk into the town centre. Parking is a problem in Conwy but if you can't get parked outside of this property there is a free car park only a three minute walk away (behind the convenience store).
The toilet which is within the bathroom is on the ground floor but we knew this as we have stayed in this property on more than one occasion.

Beds amazing, clean with well appointed kitchen and good wi-Fi. Excellent location.

Very clean and comfortable little house in a quiet location near the castle and free parking outside. An easy walk into the centre of Conwy. The host provided everything you need and it was perfect for two friends who just wanted a quick getaway. Really good fish and chip shop round the corner.

Location a real plus with a good convenience store on corner and excellent fish and chip shop nearby. A nice 15 minute walk through park into centre of the town.
Settee very uncomfortable - kept sliding down between cushions. Kitchen a bit dark even with lights on. Instructions on how to use oven would have been useful. Duvet poor quality. Needs a tea strainer.

The host was so friendly and accomodating.The location is good.It's near Conwy Castle and near the tourist spots and sightseeing bus tour .Lovely place to visit again.
No room to dine in to sit with family while eating but I can understand that the house is small and good for small families.

Location was perfect and the facilities, check in was easy.
The beds and bedding need updating and the bed in the front bedroom had a dip in the middle due to broken mattress support.
TV needs updating in lounge to smart TV.

Good and quiet location in walking distance from Conwy center. Overall well equipped and cosy house.

Quiet at night, No problem parking, 2 double bedrooms, working kitchen, very comfortable beds, patio area
Few cobwebs and things (to be expected in an old house), the TV was not plugged in so we thought it was broken to begin with, the front door was quite difficult to lock from the outside, the hot water was more tepid than hot, there were instructions about the boiler but we couldn't see how you could access it without a ladder

Location was good. Very convenient parking right outside the house. Bathroom was great. For the budget, it was really good value.
Beds were uncomfortable. If you're someone who suffers with joint problems, or you're a menopausal woman, you might struggle to sleep on them. The owners might want to think about investing in better quality mattresses and bedding.

Clean, perfect for what we needed and the owner was very helpful. We had very good sleep in the bed, and there were lovely little thoughtful touches, like washing up liquid and tea/sugar/coffee that I wasn't expecting.

Location excellent. 7 min walk to Conwy town
Beds uncomfortable, mattresses could do with updating. Metal framed beds very creaky. Rubber/plastic cover on duvets, rustling noise and made us very hot. Leather settee in lounge uncomfortable, saggy, kept sliding off the seats.

boiler was set to hot water only when we arrived. house was freezing cold and took ages to figure out how to fix the problem. would have been nicer to arrive into a warm house.

Didn't realise the bathroom was downstairs and the stairs are steep. The house was further away from Conwy than expected.

Great location and lovely cosy little house. Clean, tidy with everything we needed for our two nights. Thank you.
We had the back bedroom which was very warm even with the radiator turned down, however it was nice listening to the rain with the window open. Worst thing for me was the bed wasn't very comfy and everytime I moved all you could hear was the clanging of the springs.
