it was a beautiful spacious home, everything was planning everything worked everybody was happy except they have a huge ant problem and we had ants everywhere

the ant problem

There was no breakfast. The desk receptionist Josue was a little impatient and rude. He provided keys that did not work to front door. Only key to the metal door worked to lock and unlock.

heater didn’t work

Owner moved us from this property to another property because this one had some construction going on. The new property is also listed also, 4 bedroom house closer to beach. The location was great.

Refrigerator freezer compartment would not close and was frosted over. heater didn’t work, bathroom sink clogged, no patio furniture, outdoor grill/bar inoperable, no dishwasher, dishes for 4, when guest count is 10. kitchen sink had no drain stoppers. water leaked under sink ran out into barstools area. one kitchen towel. Bathroom towels were stained and frayed. No nightstands in master bedroom.

Everything was perfect. Though we need more kitchen supplies and an iron
