Very spacious apartment with comfortable beds. excellent location for transport links and good amenities nearby.
Very clear information from Hicham and a warm welcome from Said who went out of his way to assist us when we arrived. Thank you.
A few small details would have made it even better for example replace chipped cups/mugs, provide washing up liquid but on the whole a great place to stay.

The host arranged someone to pick us up in the airport, the person waited for us (we took a long time to get out) and then, the host was waiting us with the key, which was really nice, because it was late evening, we were tired and we were in 5 girls.
The host misunderstood my message (his English was not very good I guess), and he seemed to be a bit stressed when we arrived. But then, we clarified, and everything was fine.

the staff was really nice, they reply all the messages fastly, the house was realy big and comfortable
the cleaning could be better, there was no forks, and there were small bugs you may need to medicine them

- Nice kitchen.
- It has 3 bathrooms,2 showers.
- Close to many restaurants and shops.
- Mr. Said ( the owner's father) is a nice fellow.
- There is Moroccan Hammam in the same building.
- Car park
- We still need to figure out how to operate some of the air conditioning units since no heaters available in the place.

This place was perfect for the five of us to unwind and enjoy the pleasures of Fés after a week in the mountains. Modern kitchen, updated bathrooms, comfy beds, smart tvs and fast wifi. Said is a friendly and helpful host who will make sure you're well settled.
As some other reviews mention, the living area can use one extra heater in the winter but it wasn't so bad either

The host is an amazing person. He helped us with everything we needed and facilitated our every need with a smile on his face. The apartment is huge and very close to the Medina and the city center. Quiet and clean and cool instead of the 40 degrees outside. Thank you Hicham

This place is absolutely amazing. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well maintained. It has all the amenities necessary and more. It is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The photos really do not do it any justice! The internet is great. You can get anywhere in the city with a taxi ride of 1.5 EUR. The host is absolutely amazing, kind and wonderful. He was extremely friendly, ready to answer all our questions and help us with whatever necessary. He was also just a complete pleasure to be around! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this apartment and its host. Would recommend to anyone!
